Had an issue with our room, the front desk quickly took care of it and moved us to a new room. Was very clean and beds were so comfortable after a long day of traveling. Would stay here again next time traveling thru. Very friendly staff and easy location!

I was getting tired so I checked Hotels. I found this rare jewelon short notice. After i checked in the, I wanted a Chinese meal. He quickly suggested that the restaurants were closing and I went immediately to get take out. Thanks evening front desk manager. In the morning, the breakfast food was exquisite. It is rare to find such a selection. A ate like a king and thanked the breakfast associate. Overall, a great stay. Thanks Best Western of Elkhart.

The actual hotel was great! Room was awesome, breakfast was delicious...Our only issue was, our reservation was canceled!! I called the hotel and spoke with a nice young lady letting her know we weren't able to check in on Friday, but would arrive Saturday afternoon. She said she would write a note with that information and put it on the computer screen for the next employee. Then when we arrived, we were informed that our reservation was canceled because we were a "No Show". Luckily they were able to find us a room, but it was upsetting thinking we had done everything right and they still canceled our reservation.

We had a father son trip. 6 dads and 6, 12 year old boys. I wondered how the staff would react seeing a bunch of boys walking in around midnight. Victor, the night attendant went out of his way to ensure we had a quality stay. He opened up the pool for the kids and helped get our luggage squared away. The guy was top notch. Not what you expect from customer service in today’s world.

I paid through your site on Oct 20th for the two rooms and then i showed up and they charged me 270 per night for each room ($270 x 4). They only refunded 2 charges and now i am fighting with them to refund me the remaining $540. this is a massive inconvenience as they should have known that it was pre-paid.

We stayed overnight and our visit was just OK. I suppose it’s what we should expect for a budget-friendly stay. It was fine for one night but we will likely stay elsewhere next time.
THE GOOD: Front desk staff were excellent and friendly. The complimentary breakfast was well-stocked and much appreciated. Check-in and check-out were a breeze. I like that they had the 24-hour “market” next to the front desk where we could purchase snacks and such.
THE BAD: Our room was a little outdated and not the cleanest (shower head was caked with soap scum). Beds were uncomfortable. We could hear our upstairs neighbors all night long, but that’s not the hotel staff’s fault, but rather poor building design. The heated indoor pool was a little chilly for our liking, and also didn’t seem well maintained (needs a good cleaning).

Getting to the hotel was a little quirky since you had to go through a gas station parking lot to get to the hotel behind it, but overall we had a great experience. The staff was wonderful. They were very friendly and went above and beyond with service

front desk guy was really rude oversold after i had booked and confirmed. they never gave me a refund. but another guy walked in after me and sold him the room i booked

Old and uncomfortable bed. Jetted tub was TINY!

Bedding was disgusting. Had to request clean bedsheets. Found blood on one bed and green marks all over other. Other couples in our group had stains on their bedding. Brought the issue to there attention, was told the manager would be notfied. I was just simple told , sorry. There didnt appear to be any concern to them.

Bedding had old blood on it. Mattress on pull out couch looked like a murder scene. Filthy room. Mold all through bathroom.

Housekeeping started knocking on our door at 10:36 even though privacy sign was up and it was not check out time.

Stayed here last minute after deciding not to drive 300 miles round trip from Chicago to Ohio. I can always count in Best Western to have clean modern rooms & a functional fitness center. Wish they had refillable shampoo & soap dispensers to be more eco-friendly. Convenient to dining & shopping options & Notre Dame University

Even though we only stayed the night, it was a lovely stay. The room was very clean and looked very nice! We enjoyed the jetted tub after our long drive!

There were big stains on the carpet, dead bugs in the bathroom, and just a general uncleanliness in the entire room. It made me question if the sheets I was sleeping on were even clean. I paid for 2 days and left after the first day. For what I paid, I should’ve gotten better.
