The hotel needs a little better upkeep. Stayed there a couple of years ago and enjoyed it but now in rough shape. Didn’t have any towels in our room and bedding situation was unsettling with the wrong sized sheets, holes in duvet cover and inadequate pillows.

This hotel has declined in its quality and condition. It was clean enough, but could use some TLC. It’s decent for the price, but comparable to nicer hotels in the same area. Staff was very friendly and helpful, so that was a plus in an otherwise meh experience.

Not the friendliest staff. The graveyard front desk guy was very rude, he had zero customer service skills. Otherwise, the stay was fine.

Nice hotel, large breakfast selection, great coffee available 24/7. Unfortunately pool was under repair, but price was fair.

The only thing we noticed that could have been improved was the hair of previous guests on the blankets and some of the bedding in the room. Appreciate the want to save water on laundry, but …

We have stayed at this hotel for years. Love this hotel!!! But…. Renovations and improvements are needed. Time to start replacing some furniture. Pool was clean but could use a good painting so it looked clean.

Check in time 3：00pm. Receptionist can't accept check in 15 mins before 3pm, even room is cleaned. Not friendly service.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious room. The only complaint was the pillows.

Really good spot. Rooms were spacious. Bedding was dirty. We had to change the sheets ourselves. They are understaffed, but the staff who was there was working super hard to give a nice experience. Breakfast was good. Hot tub could use a cleaning.

I always enjoying staying here from time to time. It's convenient, comfortable, clean, quiet, and comes with a great breakfast. The staff is always friendly. Parking is easy, and there are plenty of options nearby for food. Thanks so much for another great stay!

For the most part this room was perfect for what we needed. My only grip is that we had to use the sofa bed and when we pulled it out the mattress was kind of gross. My son said he could feel every spring and there were stains on it one of which looked like a pee stain because it was yellow in color. Otherwise the rest of the room was very nice.

I didn't care for the TV Channels, I couldn't find any local or weather channels. The tv used a "Roku" remote.

They didn't replenish the breakfast area on Saturday morning. No eggs, bacon, muffins, bagels, etc. The pool (room and water) smelled horribly like wet dog. Our room was clean, quiet, and comfortable.

The shower was spraying out the top the office chair was falling apart. Lights were burnt out. Things could have been touched up by paint. The food could have been cooked faster so we wouldn’t waiting.

I am locked in to this expensive rate at a 2 star hotel. I did not get the sofa bed that was mentioned on the booking, the fan does not work so I can help not to hear the noise in the breakfast room where people are having a party drinking their own beer and playing loud music.
There does not seem to be confidence that the front desk staff can settle things down. The first clerk laughed at me that I didn’t get the room I expected because I booked on Expedia. This is not a nice welcoming hotel. I feel quite taken advantage. No one should receive this poor reception and support in a hotel.

I booked 2 queen and pull out couch room… when I checked in they had no room like that at all. So got screwed out of a weekend stay in a tiny room and the pool was cold and the hot tub had a disgusting film would rather have my money back
