Excellent hotel - filled the fridge up and was very pleasant throughout my stay.

Breakfast could have been a lot better!

Check in staff were good but the bar/kitchen staff were horrible. Didn’t let us warm food up and were not helpful. It’s a basic hotel if you’re hardly in it. Bed wasn’t good and the covered were not even covers. Wouldn’t stay again or recommend to anyone

My stay was amazing. The staff was knowledgeable and very helpful.

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was clean on arrival and cleaned on a daily basis. The hotel is close to 2 shopping malls within walking distance and Lidl near by. Metro station 3 min walk great for getting around. I travelled on my own and felt safe staying at the hotel and walking around. The only disappointment is there were no English speaking channels, hundreds of channels but all Italian.

The quality was very good for the price during our 3-day trip. friendly service.

Overall our stay here was very good. The staff were very accommodating. Hearing in our room seemed to have a mind of its own and stayed on regardless but one chat with the front desk and they switched it off and opened our window. 2 small things about the room would be maybe an addition of a tea and coffee station would benefit. Also no coat hooks but these only minor. Although the outside and area looks off putting I would recommend. Great access to metro and shopping village 5 mins walk away. Pleasant stay

The Hotel is 2 minutes away from the Metro, it takes you 10 minutes to get to the city with the Metro, so the location is perfect. The area around the Hotel is not the cleanest, but it seems to be a safe neighbourhood. The Hotel is located next to a busy street, but the windows are blocking the sound very well. We had a modern looking room, everything was clean. It was 0 degrees outside but 23 inside the room, the AC seemed to be broken. I asked an employee how to fix the solution, he only offered to remotely shut down the AC. By that the AC won't circulate anymore, but it also won't get cooler. So this wasn't a real solution, I just took my key to unlock the window (they don't have handles) and fixed the solution by myself. Not sure whether they would have given us a new room if I have asked for one. Overall a nice hotel, good location with good prices (200€ for 3 nights for 2 persons).

Neat and clean. Closer to metro station. Reasonable rates!

Room was really noisy. Something to do with plumming. We were 5 guests in total and everyone had the same experience no matter what floor we were located. It was the last thing that you would hear trying to get some sleep and the first thing that you would wake up.

Nearby metro, good eating options

Close to two malls for dining options, secure parking. Rooms were average, but beds were comfortable.

Bar service is very poor and only one person and not always at the bar so that all guests have to wait a long time. Selection of breakfast is not 4 star like in my opinion.

The hotel is completely missing any restaurant, nor have a gym, nor a swimming pool: how can it be a 4 star hotel? Price not in line with what is offered.

Staff are super helpful and friendly

The hotel is okay but not more. The stuff are disengaged (with a few exceptions), which may be cultural but still... I waited over 20 minutes on the phone to the reception from my room an never got through! Quite stingy not to include breakfast in a rather expensive nightly rate. The costly breakfast was fine but the quality of some parts varies (scrambled eggs and bacon, which is a must, were bad). It's located near subway but still a bit off-site. All in all, it works. But for that price, I felt disappointed.

Bad personal service receptionist, but the people work in bar is very nice. Toalett in baderom is dirty.

Convenient to the Metro Stratton which is a 5 min walk. Small but good quality and conditioned rooms. Def a good choice.

The hotel has a convenient parking and provides all the "normal" services. We did miss a make-up mirror and a hairdryer in the bathroom. The subway is closeby and that's an easy and cheap way to visit the city. However, hygiene and cleanliness could clearly be improved for a hotel boasting that many starts: no cover on the mattress - just a simple sheet, many stains in the carpet on the floor, in the shower the sealing was either shoddy workmanship or lack of cleaning.

The room was a bit worn out and the carpetfloor was a little dirty. Otherwise the room was nice and comfortable, and the location was within good public transportation connections.

Good hotel

Small room with limitted amenities.

Small flat pillows, entrance was like a prison with iron gates everywhere which makes one believe it’s not a sage area. Room was warm and very humid, if the window would open you could get some air. I won’t be staying there again.

This hotel is a 5 mins walk from the University of Milan-Bicocca and perfect for a visitor of the university as me. With the metro M5 from Bignama to Zara and connect with M3 you can get easily to Duomo and other places you might like to visit. The hotel is relatively modern, power outlets are placed at convenient places in your room, breakfast buffet has what you need, and room was tided every day. A big mall is close by where you can by most things you may need and shop. Nearby is also a park with basket ball and skating park. Paid 94 euros for prebooked taxi from Bergamo airport. Metro/bus will be cheaper of course.

Its was perfect

First we were put in an accessible room with a bathroom that looked nothing like the one in the photos. Not to mention it was dirty. I had to go back down to get the room changed because they don’t answer the phone when you call from the room. When I told the girl at the front desk that my bathroom is not what I thought it would be she just told me it’s because it’s accessible and said “you don’t want accessible?” That’s not what I reserved so I was confused as to why she would ask me that. Especially since no one staying in the room needed any special assistance. They ended up changing our room and our new bathroom was much better, other than the fact that it was also not fully clean.
