This hotel was in a great location. Rooms were a nice size, clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was that the internet was very slow. Since we were trying to work while there, this was a huge problem. From the room, it was nearly impossible to zoom and they did not have a quiet place from which to work with good internet. They need to upgrade their system.

Great location, easy access from the station. We had convenient connected rooms for family of 4. Friendly staff and very clean rooms.

Excellent location! We left our room and were on the train in under five minutes. Also very close the the Aldstadt where we could walk around, grab a meal and shop.

friendly staff. The restaurant food was ok. I found the bed to be uncomfortable and the seating area, not great after a hard day of work.

Clean and quiet. Room was ok. It was too warm. Could not make it cooler then 20 C. Called the front desk. They said they didn’t have enough staff to come and check the thermostat. It was evident that they were understaffed. Spa was closed since Covid. Breakfast was pretty good. Very convenient location.

Disappointed by our third stay in this hotel, gone downhill since last year. We had major plumbing problems two days running, which could easily have been avoided if they had tested everything after reopening. Management didn't seem to care.

As a family of 3 we took a junior sweet. Our child slept on a sofa bed in the lounge. The room was spacious and comfortable for 3. Our only complaint was that the lounge curtains were not very heavy so that part of the room got very bright early in the morning. The bedroom benefited from heavier curtains and a very comfortable bed. Don’t be put off by the nearby train station, the rooms are quiet day and night. This location is ideal for coming to Schaffhausen by train; there are regular direct connections to and from Zurich airport. The hotel location is a 3 minute walk from the old town which is beautiful! The staff were very helpful and friendly, the only minor quibble we had was that the advertised free drinking water was not in our room. The staff did supply us with carafes of drinking water on request however. A wide variety of breakfasts are on offer and they are of an excellent standard. We would happily stay here again as Schaffhausen itself is beautiful, there is a lovely riverside walk to the Rhine Fall waterfall which is about 3kms away.

Nice newer hotel right above train station, short walk to centre of town, and all the sites. Breakfast buffet was excellent. Good wifi. One thing that might not suit all travellers was shower stall was next to bed, had some decorations on glass wall but not a lot of privacy! Bathroom partially open to rest of room.

Very nice hotel with perfect modern rooms, friendly staff. Location is perfect - near central station and in walking distance to central station.

After spending many hot nights in hotels without air conditioning it was wonderful to come this hotel to cool down. It was very nice. The only thing we didn't like was the cost of the parking, 24 Swiss Francs for the short time we were there.

Worth noting - the Fitness Facilities are not free. Because it is an external company that own the Fitness Facilities, Hotel Guests have to pay 25CHF each session to use this. If they advertise Fitness Facilities in the Hotel amenities, it should be included in the cost.
