Excellent hotel with comfortable rooms and relatively generous sizes for New York. Great bedding and the fitness focus is a nice touch.

Great location close to javitz center

It was a very hospitable hotel from the people at the front desk, those working the bar, to the maids. Everyone was very friendly. Room was clean and well stocked they had cable tv and movie channels which was fun to watch on our down time when we weren't walking around. It's a short walk from Port authority station so that was convenient and right next to time square without being literally in the middle of all the noise and lights which was a plus. It's right next to a Police Station which we didn't realize until getting there so when seeing 20 NYPD cars you can't help but to feel a little safer than usual. We took a walk to The Vessel which is a beautiful art piece in Hudson Yard there's also a shopping mall right across from the piece with high end stores and restaurants but if you're looking for something more affordable to eat the vendors on the corners sell a variety of foods that were delicious, we recommend the Philly cheese steak with white sauce. Also going towards time square there's a noodle spot called Wok to Walk that was very affordable and delicious if you're looking to try something different. Overall we had a great time and would recommend this hotel.

I was treated excellent by staff and had a great stay here. I would rate this place 5/5 and hope to stay here during my next visit to NYC!

Big for New York

this is a gem of a hotel - every aspect was great. locations seemed like it could be noisy but it wasn't at all. fun too with the fitness focus.

I was surprised by an additional fee imposed by the hotel at check-in. I was told that this was added because I used Expedia to book the room. Given the lack of transparency around fees, I am unlikely to use Epedia or IHG properties in the future.

Fantastic experience! It was my first time spending the night in NYC after living in NY state my whole life. Finally got to be a tourist! The service was excellent. Was able to check into my room 4 hours early and was able to leave my luggage stored at the hotel after check out. The game room was very fun. Super close to so much fun yet still so quiet!

The hotel is well kept. It was very clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was a good size and it was very quiet. We would definitely stay there again.

Usually love this hotel but heard party music from next door until late, and then noisy neighbors. Not my favorite stay this time but will come back.

Great hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable with all the amenities, and friendly efficient service. Loved the mini-gym and workout videos in the room.

Cool vibe. Exercise equipment in the room. Very clean. And SO CLOSE to MSG!! I’d stay here again!!! This was my first time!!!

Great location, very helpful staff

The room was clean but cramped. The set up of the room is awkward. There are weird exercise objects where there should be drawers. The other drawers are behind a bathroom door which slides in front of it. The lighting in the room is strange and hard to figure out. I was very uncomfortable the whole time. Outside the hotel is disturbing. A homeless man held the door for us as we exited the hotel. The street is filled with trash. A homeless man walked into the hotel and sat on the floor lobby while we were checking out.

The hotel is great. The restaurant needs more staff. Not equipped to deal with numbers of guests.

Lovely, clean hotel. Very comfy beds. Staff were very friendly and always on hand to help in anyway they could. Rooms cleaned everyday & fresh towels left. Kettle & fridge in room aswell as a drinks bottle which was handy to take out for days. Free drink token to use in the bar. Bags were able to be left for the free of charge as our flight was not until the evening , safely stored in a locked room and ticket given. Would highly recommend & definitely stay again when in NYC. Thank you for a wonderful stay !

The staff was very friendly & helpful but I was disappointed with the condition of the room considering that this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel. Bathroom sliding door had chips and corners/grout of the shower has not been thoroughly cleaned over time (some mildew/mold growth). We were on the 6th floor, facing the street. It's generally pretty quite but you can def. hear noise (which we did for a couple of the nights that woke us). Room is well appointed but there was zero space for luggage. I would've much preferred luggage rack over 3 drawers & exercise equipment. I would say that the biggest saving grace for this hotel is the staff.

So quiet at night; wouldn't even know you're in the city or on the floors with other guests! Very spacious rooms/bathrooms, with such comfortable beds! The lobby is very welcoming and so nice that if you check in early or stay in the city late, they will kindly hold your bags in a locked room. The dining/bar area is very accessible with both a great breakfast and dinner menu; spacious too! We will definitely stay again!

Great property, nice size rooms and staff was fantastic!

Property was very nice. It was clean and quiet and right near Penn Station and easy transportation – although we walked everywhere.

Construction on outside of building near our room. Very noisy starting at 7:45/8:00 each morning.
