Staff was incredibly friendly and attentive - the buffet was hectic because of the volume of people but they were amazingly efficient, running around clearing tables, bringing out fresh food, and making sure that things went smoothly. They were extremely hard working and very friendly at the same time. The hotel was perfect - a very simple room, but right next to the beach, plenty of parking, good food.. Highly recommended!
The coffee machine for the breakfast made a sort of nescafe instant coffee thing - I like a good, strong, fresh-brewed coffee. This may be difficult for the number of people, but it's the only thing I could criticize

Friendly front reception, went out of their way to help even with the language barriers. Good breakfast for a three star hotel, location excellent.

Clean, comfortable hotel. Good breakfast. Two pools, one primarily for kids and one quieter. Both nice. Good location near great beach and lots of shops and restaurants and the beach promenade.

Everything was just fine except our room on the 2nd floor was just above some loud industrial vent, and they kept working all night long. The room itself and the bathroom were just fine.

Really enjoyed our 5 night stay here after selling our home near Denia and returning to England. Centrally situated, with the seafront and restaurants a couple of minutes away. Our room on the 10 th floor was huge with great sea views and a small balcony. Highly recommended and at a bargain price.

the door lock didn't work on the room, the walls of the chair were weightless so I smeared the suit, I just let the iron iron the suit, the iron I brought hit me in the hand, I barely felt it! gryzes i lithuania i am going to contact a lawyer, i am attaching a photo of the iron that was given to me by the hotel staff

The location is great, very clean and very friendly staff. Breakfast plentiful and great choice. Kudos to the receptionist Ms. Saiga who is very kind and always smiling.

Spa jacuzzi cold water.. The eggs were completely raw and unfortunately they have scramble eggs only 1 days. No fresh julces at the breakfast

Staff were very nice and helpful.
Room was very tired and walls and surfaces were scratched and cigarette burns on surface tops. We paid extra for a sea view and could just about see the sea over a tall, ugly building opposite. Mirror was old and filthy. Good in the restaurant was stone cold. Booked for three nights and checked out after only one.

Fast and efficient check in. Fabulous room with super sea view and little terrace. Very clean. Bathroom had a bath with shower. Beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was really good and the staff there were excellent. I had to change my reservation at the last minute and the receptionist did this for me no problem. 2 minute walk to the fantastic beach and walking distance to loads of good restaurants.
There was nothing that I didn’t like - apart from that my stay here was too short and I didn’t get time to use the spa!!!

One of the lifts was out of order. Gandia itself is a little stuck in the past.

Hotels location. And it was a big pleasure to meet a Lithuanian speaking recepcionist - she was very nice and helpful.
Be ready to stay in long long long queues to wait for an elevator... Thank god we had a room on fourth flour - we took stairs each time. Can't imagine how the elderly people staying on upper flours felt...

We had the room with seaview and we can totally recommend the nice view. We didnt book food because there are plenty of restaurants around. Just next to the beach, all was super: the staff, the covid rules, the beach bar. We loved it and would come back any time. Gracias!

We had a 1 night stay here, which was excellent. Great position near the beach . The buffet style breakfast and evening meal was excellent. All the staff were amazing and very friendly ,and could not be my helpful. A big thank you to all of them.

At reservation time i book a room with balkony when i come to my room and see the balkony side it was Only 35 cm wide, i do not understand how they call it balkony, even you can not stand there. I pay for a double bed and double bed sas 140cm , bed was very uncomfortable
