Very spacious room and well layed out so that we could put our baby down for naps and bedtime and still play games and watch movies in the living room. Well equipped kitchen and super conveniently located to access everything in the village.

This was our first time staying at Blue Mountain and we were very impressed, room was great couldn’t ask to be closer to the mountain and ski lifts literally right outside the hotel door, we were in the Wieder building.
We didn’t take the underground parking for an additional $20 at first until we walked to the free parking lot and realized how far it was and then went back to the front desk and changed it. We got to Blue Mountain resort at 1pm and were very pleased with an early check in, our room was comfortable and spacious providing everything we needed.
Everyone was very friendly and we can’t wait to book again

Stayed for a girls weekend. The room was very spacious. It wasn’t cleaned very well. Kitchen was dirty, the balcony doors had hand prints everywhere. The sheets were all crumpled. The room smelt dingy and moldy when we walked in.
Otherwise the beds were comfortable (except for the pull out couch, it’s not sleepable).

We've stayed at these locations many times; this time we were at the Weider Lodge.
Friendly welcome, sufficient underground parking, and the room was clean.
Our first room had a noisy family, and when we called the front desk, they changed our room without making any issues.
Appreciated the friendly staff. Weider building is across from the Westin and very close to the mountain so easy access to the hills to go skiing and snowboarding.
One small issue was that our grandson wanted to go to the hot pool to relax after skiing and there were no chairs for us to sit and relax by the hot pool It would have been nice to have some chairs for families to sit, put their bags and towels while enjoying the hot tub.

A nice cozy blue mountain get away

Room was super clean and had a beautiful view of the ski hills. Our only complaint is the beds. The website calls them queen size beds but they are double at best. Very hard for two people to sleep comfortably. Proper bedding wasn't used as the typical top sheet was used as the fitted sheet. So part way through the night, youd find yourself on the bare mattress. When thousands of people are using the same bed, you should have a better barrier against the mattress itself.

We loved the location and the room- the only issue is we were in a room that had adjoining doors to the next room. To no fault of our neighbours, we could hear everything very clearly through those doors. I had to turn the tv on to drown out their conversation while trying to sleep.
If they could somehow soundproof these doors, our visit would’ve been perfect.

The front desk attendant when checking in seemed to be helpful and quick, but during the weekend i found out that he was not informative of some very important facts. You have to request your room to be cleaned and towels and items to be replenished. They don't automatically do this. And even when i requested, nothing was replenished except a couple of towels. In the morning of check out i went to the main lobby to find a luggage carrier. When i couldn't find one, i asked the desk attendant if she could help me and she said "no, you just have to go to each parking floor and look around". Finally after 15 minutes of frustration i made my way back to my room to find the SAME desk attendant bringing a luggage carrier straight to another guest's room after she told me that i couldn't ask her for help! If this isn't the epitome of poor costumer service, i don't know what it.
The village is beautiful, but most of the staff seem to not be helpful at all.

The Village Suites were beautiful, nice rooms. The one thing I will say, is when we arrived to our room, the cleanliness of the suite was not up to par. The washroom had garbage leftover in the waste basket, the cooking sheets under the stove was filled with grease (not washed), there were leftover crumbs from food from a previous visitor. For such a beautiful resort, it was unfortunate to see this. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

I was told they upgraded my room for free but then i see a charge for an additional 22 dollars . That was a cheap move on the hotels part .

The overall experience was fine except you need to watch out for some of the staffs.
An incident involving the storage of my snowboards was poorly managed by a staff member who displayed impatience and a lack of care, which was disappointing.

I have two complaints about my room. We were two women in a room and unfortunately the dead bolt was broken and that made us feel uneasy. The second thing was the bathroom vent was not working? It made the bathroom very steamy.

It was a wonderful stay with my family. The room was newly renovated and everything was nice and clean. The room size was much bigger than we thought. Big enough for the family of four! All the furniture was brand new with good quality and the kitchen was full of new utensils, pens and pots, nice big size of refrigerator was a bonus. The location was perfect right in the village. Definitely will go back in the future and highly recommend to everyone!

Room was nice ! Couch needs to be replaced, old and very uncomfortable, other than that the room was nice.
Food from local restaurants was horrible this trip. Coppers blue was a complete disgrace. MJ’s pub over priced for sub par food and the restaurant itself was very dirty

My family and I had a wonderful time! It really felt like we were visiting somewhere far away! The TV remotes were a struggle (upgrade needed) but otherwise we loved everything about our stay!

The property is ok but expensive for what you are getting. Food unbelievably bad.

Parking could have been better.
The “free” parking lot was busy and not maintained. The pot holes were really bad.
So we decided to pay $20 a night and park under ground. But on a weekend, we drove around for 30 min to find a parking spot, and when we did, it was VERY far from our hotel elevator. Usually not a big deal but we had all our luggage and gear with us.

The place was nice and cozy and the staff were friendly. We were, however, in a room right by the stairwell and it was loud when people were going up and down the stairs.
