Check in was quick. The room was spacious & clean. My 14 yo son & 11 yo daughter don’t like sharing the bed so having the pull out couch is great for our family. Breakfast was good too!

Great location. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Breakfast was, Terrible. Eggs were like rubber and had a bad taste. Sausage was also lacking in “taste”. Ended up getting breakfast elsewhere when we got back on the road!

Great stay

Our stay at the Best Western Premier University Inn was absolutely fabulous. First and foremost, it was right off the interstate when we arrived in town. It was near alot of food places and shopping places. The staff went above and beyond. The front desk young lady was so nice, she got me a first floor room because I am afraid of elevators, and later Friday night when returned from dinner my niece fell and scrapped her arm pretty bad. I went to the front desk to see if they had any band aids. The ladies at the front desk went further to find the first aid kit for us to get some ointment. They did not stop looking until they gave us 4 huge band aids and consoled my niece. The young lady in the breakfast area was so pleasant she truly was helpful. And the breakfast selection was great. She didnt look annoyed bringing out more food or when last minute people came down. My son is in college at Southern Mississippi and this is where we will stay from here on out when we come to town.

I went back to this hotel after having an issue the week prior of a soaking wet bed that was discovered upon me getting in it and then feces on the toilet seat in the room they moved me to. I returned the next week because the front desk staff acknowledged that they had an issue with housekeeping on that (3rd) floor and the desk and breakfast staff are wonderful. Things happen and I have had other great experiences there. But this time they put me in a handicap accessible room. The only way to take a shower was with a small hand held wand. The handle that would allow it to be a maximum height of 4’ tall was broken so not matter what I could not have taken a shower. I asked to move to another room, but there was only one available on the 1st floor and the carpet was wet from some kind of leak. I wanted the desk clerk to check the room with me before moving so she saw that the carpet was wet. So I stayed In the handicap room without the ability to shower after a long drive. Upon awaking the next morning, I had bites of some kind on my chest, neck and face. I checked for bed bugs, didnt see any, but something was in that bed ( room 401). After the other experiences I didn’t even report this. These issues pertained to housekeeping and maintenance but ultimately is attributed to management. Unfortunately, now I will not go back.

Very nice clean hotel - we stay here repeatedly however this time we had an isolated incident where our bathroom clearly had not been cleaned. At all. The staff recognized there was an issue with a certain cleaning staff and I’m not going to hold this against the hotel and will stay here again.

Warning don’t plan on receiving the late checkout you were offered the option for without being disturbed by house keeping 3 times before normal check out time. We got stuck in a huge storm on the way in that added an extra 2 hours to our already long trip. The staff was friendly and accommodating when we called to let them know we would be arriving late. Housekeeping knocked on our door the first time a little before 10:00am. The second time around 11:00 telling us we needed to leave. We were told a late check out was noted and that housekeeping would be able to see it on their system. Either they cannot see it or do not look at it because again at 11:30 they told us we needed to leave. We had been told at check in we had until 12:00.
