We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It was very clean and in a great location close enough to walk to the National Mall and all the main attractions but far enough away so it was quiet.

High occupancy hotel, but wanted to comment that the staff is about as nice as they come. Every single person we encountered was pleasant and helpful, it was such game changer for a weekend. Thank you to the rooftop bartender-she was so nice to us and our kids.

We had a nice stay but with a family of 5 we were excited there was a sofa bed included. We tried totally the sofa bed out and it was broken so that was disappointing. Breakfast was ok. Hard rock waffles but other than that it was nice.

Honestly the customer service was below par for this hotel. Checkin desk didn’t go over any amenities and didn’t greet us.
For a Hyatt Hotel, the room aren’t very nice and over priced.
Over night parking is $45.

This property is very well located for work on the Hill, Uber is readily available, and the breakfast is fine. Easy walk to the Mall.

Queue for breakfast is absolutely ridiculous. You pay $400US to fight for breakfast and sit at dirty tables….location is the best thing about this hotel

Staff was helpful at checkin and the room was decent. The breakfast situation was a disaster. Only decaf coffee available and it seemed like only two people were staffed to keep up with hundreds of people.

The hotel breakfast was really good and the rooms were nice and clean. It’s a great hotel for families with kids. The parking was too expensive and it was hard to get to.

The property entry area smelled very strong of marijuana most of the time. The bathroom by the lobby also smelled of marijuana. When I checked in they told me that I could not keep the credit card that the reservation was secured on but needed a physical card. I don’t carry that card. It is in my Apple Pay app however. The original check in employee told me I couldn’t use it. Later when I spoke to another front desk employee, he was very helpful and corrected the issue. Please make sure all employees are trained in processing the digital payments. The cleaning staff were very kind and helpful and the breakfast was really good.

The elevator was down most of our stay or at best intermittently working. We were on an upper floor and not reasonable to walk 10 flights of stairs. The staff at night were friendly. Day time staff not so much. Upon check out I discussed my concern with staff/mgmt., after discrepancy between both staff members the outcome was complimentary parking for our stay. We struggled to find restaurants within the vicinity. We had stayed at a hotel near the convention center on a prior visit- much more user friendly and lots of restaurant options including a restaurant in the hotel. We will choose to stay at the other hotel in the future. This hotel's location is not necessarily that convenient to DC attractions. We still utilized Ubers.

The hotel was great! The rooms are large, the beds were great, the breakfast buffet was really good with lots of choices. The location is very convenient to seeing all of the capital mall. There were a couple things that I didn’t anticipate. I called the hotel ahead of time and the recorded message said that there was food available every day 24/7. We were arriving late so we planned on just ordering food at the hotel. When we got there, there was no food available, and nothing within walking vicinity. We used Uber eats, but that didn’t go smoothly. We had a wonderful view of the city and the Jefferson monument. The only problem is there were only light filtering blinds on the windows. We wanted to be up early, so it was OK for us. I would definitely stay again..

The stay was adequate but several elements stood out that should be considered by upper management:
The advertisement for food/restaurant was very misleading; the sandwiches and flatbreads were clearly premade, frozen and then reheated, which is not in and of itself bad but the pictures and descriptions (and cost!) reflected otherwise.
The neighborhood had no other options nearby except for another hotel with a proper restaurant.
When we arrived only one of the three elevators was working and i think there were only two people on staff- they were very friendly but clearly over run with the needs of a very busy hotel!. In order to request an addditional blanket or ask about hotel info i had to go to the front desk because no one was answering the phones (they were just too busy!)
The sliding farm door leading to our toilet was all but inoperable, the desk staff put it on the list to be attended to, but this did not happen while we were there; we had to leave it open all week.

Everything about my 5-night stay here was perfect. The complimentary breakfast was a big plus and made planning my days in Washington much easier. Two of the three elevators were not working when I arrived but they seemed to be repaired soon enough. There are not too many restaurant options within walking distance but there is a Safeway down the street and the L'Enfant Plaza metro stop is only two blocks over. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough.

It was fine. They're at a good location. The check in process was very rushed and kind of off putting. The valet service was also confusing. The beds are also not comfy to sleep on. I probably would do a different hotel next time I'm in DC.

The entire process from check-in to check-out was excellent. Our room was clean and the shower pressure was amazing. We loved our view from the 12th floor. The staff were all exceptionally friendly and helpful in every encounter I had with them. The location to the National Mall was within walking distance and made for easy access to all of the monuments. There were two Metro subways within walking distance which allowed easy access to the other areas of the city. I highly recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Staff were great. It is within walking distance to the National mall. Room was clean. They offered a decent breakfast buffet, which saved us some money(we are a family of 5). Only drawback was lack of restaurants walking distance that is kid friendly.

Everything was great. The location was right by the National Mall. The room had a nice layout & separate livingroom area. BreakfSt was wonderful with the most choices we've ever seen. All the employees were fantastic....wish there was a microwave, but we knew there wouldn't be one.

This hotel is conveniently located, clean and comfortable. All very reasonably priced as well. The only complaint would be that the bathroom didn’t have proper ventilation. Other than that the breakfast was very good (could stand more fruit) nice variety of food. Would be nice if coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available around the clock.

The air filter looked as if it had never been changed and contributed to the family's poor sleep and likely the cause of nasal congestion and illness. When alerted, the staff said they would remedy the situation and take a look. Staff were courteous and helpful, room otherwise was clean and comfortable.
