In a shopping district. Need to look for the sign. Very friendly staff. Breakfast was great

Enjoyed the breakfast and the room cleaned every day

There was no room bar, in bathroom no space for hanging towels, feels bit dirty inside. Hotelbar never open. Have to pay extra for breakfast.
Difficult find the Guesthouse, there were no advise that the guesthouse is integrate to the ZI Hotel.

Our stay was satisfactory. Several room problems which were as follows: floor lamp that developed a short and quit working, too little light available (one bulb in floor lamp built to use 3 or 4 bulbs); TV unit faulty with wide white line blocking out part of screen; back falling off wardrobe; one broken leg on one of the single beds but it seemed stable enough and did not cause a comfort problem; slightly inconvenient having main desk for check-in/out a few doors up the street from the actual hotel rooms.
