Need to replace the strip that gos under door. When you shut the door it has a gap underneath so light and bugs come in. And water to comes in when it rains. And the water for the shower needs to be fix it leaking water none stop.

Location next to Disney Springs at an affordable rate was the reason we booked. Pleasant staff and daily cleaning that we didn’t even have to ask for. So many hotels no longer provide that without asking.

My husband, son and I stayed for a quick trip to Disney. Love that we were able to walk to Disney Springs! The only complaint was that the shower head was very low in the shower. I had to bend over to use it & the floor felt soft.

Average "motel" type room from the outside but inside the room looked decently upkept. Was it a high end hotel? No, but the room was modern, clean and housekeeping did a great job each day. Super close to Disney Springs which is a huge plus if you dont have a car but still want to go shopping or get a bite to eat. Shuttles to and from the parks were on time and drivers were pleasant.

Very friendly. I arrived around 300 pm and room wasn’t ready but the called me when it was. The had a shuttle to all the parks and walking distance to Disney Springs.

Check in was easy but parking was expensive. We liked the store in the lobby for buying snacks and coffee. The problem with the stay was the loudness of outside noise coming into the room as well as a really loud noise coming from the AC. It wasn’t easy to sleep with.

Overall nice and location was perfect! Friendly staff. Ac just wasn’t working properly, low water pressure and the bathtub was either bubbling or was coming up because the floor is it was spongy to stand on

We are proffesional driver's, always on our semi , but security was awesome to acomódate with parking . Everyone else was from checking in to pool service ., were very nice and helpful! Loved he remodel !!

The only good thing about this hotel is the convenience for disney springs and disney. The hotel itself is run down. Theres barely walkroom in the hotel room. The tub was over flowing. Theres no desk in the room either. Not to mention you have to pay 22.00 for parking. I definitely will be staying elsewhere next time.

Wyndham Garden Lake was fantastic. The room was clean, the facilities were easy to navigate, the location was the best, and the staff was helpful and top notch. All of our needs were met. The breakfastwas the best that we have ever had at a hotel. We'll be back soon.

I have stayed here many times and have always enjoyed it, but this time the water never got but luke warm. The maintenance people came and told us to run the sink water and shower water 3 minutes before entering …we did it but still took cold

My husband was highly upset and will not likely ever stay there again . I tried to tell him it was never like this before but he was not happy

The hotel was wonderful. My husband and I are huge Disney fans and made a pit stop for one night on our way to St.Pete's. The minute you walked in, it just smelled like Disney! The staff was overly nice and accommodating. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a Disney feel without spending Disney money.

Stayed for 5 nights solo, great location, 2 minute walk to Disney springs, very clean rooms and other areas. Service at restaurants and Bars leave much to be desired.

Love how close it was to Disney Springs! Amenities were great. Parking was pricey but other than that we were happy with our stay.

The bathroom was dirty and I felt like the whole room was dirty after that. I didn’t like that there were all these secret fees I booked and paid on hotels and when I got to the check in they charged me $125 with resort fees and parking fees.

Fridge was not working and bathroom door would not lock/shut but called front desk and issues were taken care of right away. AC was a little noisy but overall a nice stay

A perfectly average hotel that serves its purpose as close access to the magic. Room was plain with bathroom features that were a bit outdated. Some small bugs and ants, but not to the scale that we were bothered.
Lobby and the pool were bright spots. Highly recommend putting some time aside for a splash and a sip from the pool bar.

The only issues we encountered was the hot water. Showers were lukewarm. The valve leaked when he got cold, the heat did not come on. Staff was wonderful though.

The room was clean and tidy. The bed was also comfortable. However, the shower did not drain well. We also did not love the “welcome package” experience we got upon checking in. As two females, it was weird to us that the people explaining the welcome package (essentially a pack of coupons that could have been in our room) asked our ages and then asked to see our IDs when we said yes to being over 28. After that, we felt very uncomfortable and avoided the front desk area for the rest of the trip.

Love that the bathroom area had a separate sliding door so that I didn’t wake my family while getting ready. The room was very comfortable.

Stayed here a couple times. This last time wasn’t the best. Customer service was great it was the rooms especially the bathroom that was the problem. It wasn’t the cleanest and the bathroom shower never seemed to fully drain. It was pretty gross.

The lobby was nice. The room was basic. The WiFi never worked for us. They had timeshare sales people the aggressively pursued us after checkin. Cleaning happened when we asked but they didn’t refill our tissues or give us more soap or shampoo. Checkout we had to ask for a receipt which I thought was weird. Overall the location was great, I liked the shuttle service to Disney but the room was unimpressive. Not sure what I paid resort fees for.
