Disappointed by the failure of a number of small things.
1. On check in told breakfast finished at 10am. It does at weekends but at 9am on weekdays. Missed breakfast first day.
2. Sticker in room advised use QR code for everything to know about the stay. Requested a small housekeeping between 12 noon and 1pm. Did not happen. And housekeeping had left. Told, after the event, that the QR code was not reliable.
3. Regular housekeeping happened on 2nd day. No replacement toilet paper or tissues left in the suite.
4. Parking is very limited as hotel has a small area of Target car park. Told not to park in Target spaces.
The hotel was quiet, clean and the staff were friendly. Perhaps a degree of additional training would be suitable.
Our three night stay was OK but marred by annoying lapses.

Bathroom toilet was broken. The bathroom had mildew under the sink you could see. Bathroom was dirty and shower dirty.

The tvs didn’t work, no Wi-Fi, and the heat didn’t work. Spend the entire night trying to keep warm.

Seems like a great location for restaurants/shopping, walkable. Easy to get to, good service and comfortable large room. We hope to return to this hotel and explore the area with more time.

We have stayed here 3 times and it’s perfect for our needs. Location is awesome in Belmar Square with the restaurants, shops and street lights. We like parking in the garage across the street so we do not have to scrap ice and snow off the cars in the morning.

Me and my daughter got caught in the snow and found this was the nearest and nest hotel for us. I booked woth Hotels.com but was charged an additional $200+ when i arrived. The front desk staff assured that i would be refunded. Its in a perfect location for food and shopping. My only issues and it was out of staff or my control was that there were about 6+ cigarette butts next to my vehicle and one was put out on my car. There was no damage to the paint, thankfully. The pool is cute and small
The fitness center is better than most. All around a great experience. The front desk staff went above and beyond. I recommend staying here!

Right in the center of Belmar in walking distance to restaurants and shopping, not too far from the highway. The property is so clean and the entire staff was wonderful. Good snacky food at the bar and the drinks were great.

Great place to stay-location to shops and restaurants very convenient. People working at the hotel were friendly and helpful. Room was clean but starting to show some wear. Overall-we would stay there again!

I was greeted by a welcoming staff at the reception desk. They upgraded me to a suite, which was terrific! I think the mattresses could be replaced, and the carpet is old and worn. Other than that, awesome amenities, the staff was very accommodating.

We loved staying at the Hyatt House in Belmar. The location is awesome. There are plenty of shops and restaurants in walking distance. We stayed in December so Belmar was beautifully decorated for Christmas which made the stay wonderful. The staff are all very nice. We will definitely stay here again.

Yeah it was very comfortable, clean, and friendly staff. If I find myself in Lakewood again I would not hesitate to stay here. Walking distance to many food options, target, liquor store. Safe and clean area. Looks nice for the holidays too with the lights and snow right now!

I was very impressed with this hotel! It was clean, quiet, and safe. It was full for Thanksgiving weekend, but it never felt crowded. The breakfast was good and had multiple choices. The staff were all very friendly and hard working. I will definitely stay here again.
