Hotel and staff were amazing. Especially Kyriaki, she was amazing in helping us find the hotel and checkin. Room was incredible and breakfast was also great. VIP ‘bottle” of sparkling wine might have been a small stretch (it was a small 375ml). Having said that, the Prosecco was a great taste and excellent brand!!

This is a unique boutique hotel experience with high quality service. The spacious room (we stayed at the Lorenzo) makes you feel at home in a historical place and offers a beautiful view of the harbor. The breakfast is substantial and made with fresh ingredients. Desk receptionists were beyond helpful. Thank you for an unforgettable stay.

Staff was great, personal communication , they call me a day before to arrange my check in and arrival, room was wonderful bed was amazing and extremely clean and great location. only one thing, parking is 300 meters away, i didn't asked and they didn't offer to arrange to pick up my baggage from my car (so I don't know if it is an option)highly recommended.

This hotel was amazing! We had great views from our room, the bed/pillows were super comfortable, the room was very clean, and the service was amazing as well. The staff gave great food recommendations and helped with anything we needed throughout our stay.

Absolutely loved this hotel the staff was amazing the breakfast was fantastic. The restaurant attached to the hotel had some of the best pasta I have ever had. If you go to the restaurant ask for Kostas he is the Manger and will take care of you. My only complaint about our stay would be the parking, the parking is free and offsite by the sea its a 5 min walk it was very difficult to find a space because of how busy the area is, some nights we searched for over an hour.

Great hotel in an unique historic setting. Very convent location by the harbour with multiple restaurants and landmarks in a walking distance. The a la carte breakfast is very delicious with great variety. We will definitely frequent once again

The staff/accommodation were amazing. Loved breakfast, must be the best breakfast I’ve ever had. Beautiful and high quality toiletries. We got a taxi to go to the airport I just wish we got warned that it’s cash only.

Loved this hotel, the location is so convenient and the staff couldn't be more helpful and pleasant. We had a great time at this hotel, and would definitely go back again! The only thing to keep in mind is that parking can be an issue as the space around the city are quite limited - you'll have to end up walking around 15- 20 min to find your boiling car.

Wonderful hotel. So comfortable. Amazing breakfasts and room was lovely. The staff could not have been more helpful. The position of the hotel was fantastic - right on the harbourfront with lovely streets nearby to explore. Restaurants around the hotel were friendly with wonderful Greek/Cretan cuisine. From the moment we arrived at this caringly renovated Venetian Palazzo, with my husband just recovering from a severe cold, until we left a week later, we were delighted with the very personal service and our physical surroundings. After we were greeted warmly by the concierge and shown to our stunning room, the charming owner, Lise offered us hot Cretan tea and other restorative snacks in the excellent harbor-side restaurant downstairs from the hotel. And later that evening, the concierge helped us re-plan the next seven days with briefer hikes and somewhat easier trips than we had originally planned. And what marvellous activities she found us--including a private tour of the old city (not the obvious sites, but the hidden gems) a jeep trip high into the mountains to a shepherd's hut and an eco-village. Our amazingly quiet room, which looked out on the historic Chania harbor, was appointed with just about everything a guest could want--from incredibly comfortable beds and pillows to one of the best showers I ever stepped into, extra-thick towels and high-end olive oil toiletries. The personally prepared breakfasts, served in a charming courtyard or indoors, included fresh bread and croissants, a full range of egg dishes, savory Greek pies, organic Greek yogurt with fruits and honey--as much of anything as a guest wanted and whatever kind of coffee we preferred. And every evening, we found unexpected treats in our room--such as fruit, wine or ouzo.

This hotel was everything we expected it to be and more. The nicest and friendliest staff. They were extremely accommodating and helpful with every single need we had. The room was extremely comfortable and extremely clean. It is located in a perfect spot and they are affiliated with the restaurant downstairs "zepos" where there is excellent food and even more amazing staff members. We would stay here again without a doubt and can't wait to come back!!
