Paid too much for what we got. Room was much smaller than the description led me to believe it would be. The place basically gave us a spot to lay down for a little sleep. The twin bed was uncomfortable and too small, the pillows were awful, there was no bottled water available anywhere and the staff seemed less than interested in helping us locate some. Grateful our stay was only one night. Property did not measure up.

Noisy due to being next to the airport. Hotel management cannot change that. It is the price we pay to stay close to the airport.

The hotel said they had airport shuttle and I booked for 7 am and never arrived, I had to go to the airport in Uber.

Nothing wrong with the hotel. Room was clean and comfortable. Problem is the shuttle bus from the airport. When I arrived at the pick up point outside Terminal 2, the bus was already full and left a number of guests behind. They said they would be back but only returned 90 mins later, as per their normal schedule. I assumed they would return immediately to pick up the remaining guests but this did not happen, so we had to wait at the airport for a long time. I only booked the room so I could catch some sleep during a long-ish layover but by the time I finally arrived at the hotel, I only managed a couple of hours of sleep before I had to return to the airport for my next flight. So, a bit of a waste for me...

The hotel was fine, but the contact phone number is not in service and the listing didn't mention a shuttle schedule. It only comes every hour or so. I waited 30 mins at 11pm before calling myself an Uber to the hotel. Couldn't get through to anyone at reception when I tried calling.
The morning shuttle only departed at 4am and 8am, nothing in between, so I Ubered in the morning as well. It would've been helpful to know in advance, or at least be able to contact the property.

It is an airport hotel, there's an airport around the property, so no much to tell of the surrounding area.
However, the restaurant (I took dinner and breaksfast) of the hotel is very good, clean, nice, not heavy food, just a perfect meal for being on the move. Great salad, rice, pasta, fish, meat, all fresh and pleasant.

This is supposed to be an airport hotel. Why on earth is it impossible to get the details of the airport shuttle service from a hotel whose main attraction is its proximity to the airport! I messaged via Hotel.com and called twice. I received no response but hoped that it would be easy to find the shuttle service on arrival. I waited an hour at Terminal 3 and no shuttle arrived. I eventually found someone who told me that this hotel's shuttle only operates from Terminal 2. Having walked to Terminal 2 it was then about an hour before the shuttle arrived. In the time I waited I saw endless shuttles for Marriott, Mercure and Hampton. Unless you manage to sort out the shuttle in advance, I would not book this hotel and would stay at one with a better shuttle service.

My wife and I stayed at the Sleep Inn for one night prior to our flight. Room was fine. Bathroom had not been properly cleaned and sanitized.

Property near the airport, free shuttle service, friendly staff, great food in the lunch buffet. Excellent to rest in between flights if you have a long lay over like me:)

Close to the airport but note the free shuttle may be full and you will need to get a taxi/Uber. Staff was friendly. The room had thin walls but bed was comfortable. Internet was unreliable.

Nossa estada foi perfeita por parte do Hotel e só tenho a agradecer o carinho e atenção com a minha mãe e meu padrinho. Único inconveniente foi com a Expedia que não repassou a reserva e tivemos que aguardar um pouco, porém o hotel prontamente nos acolheu e permitiu que meus pais descansassem! Took about 45 minutes to check in, each checkin took about 15 mins. Wifi not working when i arrived. After 30 mins in my room, someone came in. Apparently the same room was assigned to someone else too. They then deactivate my key card, i had to make another trip to the lobby after realizing my key card no longer work.

Conveniently located 15 minutes with taxi from the airport, or with the free transfer shuttle service provided. Reasonably priced, but a little noisy, you could hear both passing aircrafts as well as people passing outside your room very clearly

Very convenient to and from airport, great buffet option for breakfast, lunch and dinner, and comfortable rooms. just a little complicated to get in the hotel due to a ramp in front. When we arrived we couldn't easily go in to the lobby with our luggage as ramp was blocked by vehicles and hotel van. Besides that, great service and value for your money.
