SANIBEL LUXE, survived the storm. Two of the pictures were taken after the storm, the exterior front and back of the home. The interior was undamaged as was the lanai overlooking the pool. The lanai has been screened in as the pool cage was lost during the storm. Enjoy your vacation at the beautiful "Sanibel Luxe" house. Swim, play or just relax by the wonderful POOL and SPA. The beach is less than a mile away and the Sanibel Golf Club is a half mile away. The mid island location is close to shopping, galleries, restaurants and other services. The Kitchen is fully equipped with utensils, pots, pans etc. Both Keurig and drip coffee makers are provided. The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and new smart TV. It also has Lanai access and sofa for relaxing. The Master Bathroom Suite is beautifully appointed with a large soaking tub and walk in shower. Both Guest Bedrooms offer queen beds and a full bath. Bedding and towels are provided, as are initial quantities of toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish soap and dishwashing machine detergent. There are pool toys and floats. We also provide beach chairs, towels and umbrella all in a handy cart to take to the beach if you wish.
