The home features four bedrooms, two baths, and a cozy and welcoming open floor plan. The private backyard is an oasis in and of itself, with a refreshing swimming pool, large sundeck, and outdoor lounge furniture surrounded by palm trees. With such spacious accommodations, this home-away-from-home can accommodate up to 10 guests. If you have a larger party, Palm Breeze II (Vrbo Listing #2870968) is available next door and offers space for eight more vacationers. Nestled in a relaxed residential community, a paver stone drive and a well-manicured lawn greets you upon arrival. Inside, the open great room is warmly lit with natural sunlight that filters through several windows. Tiled floors and fun floral accents extend throughout the space. The living room includes a cream-colored couch, two lime-green love seats, and a cozy accent chair. The seating ensemble centers around a rug and a white drink table. A flatscreen TV is provided for entertainment. In the adjacent dining area, a raised hardwood table is surrounded by eight chairs. The open kitchen overlooks the living and dining areas and offers ample room for preparing vacation meals. It includes spacious honey-toned cabinetry, sleek granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a raised breakfast bar with seating for three. The home’s primary suite boasts a king-size bed, light-wood furnishings, sea-inspired wall décor, and a TV. Its ensuite bath has a double vanity and tub/shower combo. Two of the guest bedrooms each have a queen size bed. One is decorated with pale-green furnishings, while the other features furniture of warmly toned hardwood. The final bedroom is a bunkroom with one twin-over-full bunk and one twin bunk—perfect for the kids and kids-at-heart of the group! 4 adults and 4 kids stayed very comfortably in this rental. It has a small private pool in the back that was great for us. 10 minute walk for all of us to the beach and a easy walk. It had everything we needed.

Palm Breeze was perfect for our family. We had eight adults and two children. We had plenty of space and we enjoyed the private pool very much! We spent as much time enjoying the backyard as we did the beach.
The neighborhood was wonderful and we could ride our bikes to the beach and various stores and restaurants that were very close by. Palm Breeze is the best of both worlds......close 5 minute walk to the beach plus the privacy of a beautiful home and pool area.
Also, the home was well stocked with pool toys, beach chairs, and other miscellaneous items for the beach. The additional refrigerator in the garage was nice, too.
We highly recommend this property!

WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY. EVERYTHING ABOUT IT WAS NICE. THE POOL IS A LITTLE SMALLER THAN THE PICTURES LOOK BUT NONETHELESS IT WAS WONDERFUL NOT HAVING TO SHARE THE POOL WITH ANY ONE BUT FAMILY. EVERYTHING ABOUT THE HOUSE WAS NICE AND CLEAN. WE HAD 11 PEOPLE STAYING AND WE ALL HAD ROOM AND WERENT ON TOP OF EACH OTHER. THE ENIGHBORHOOD ALSO ALLOWS GOLF CARTS WHICH MADE THE TRIP TO THE BEACH MUCH EASIER. I WOULD SAY THAT THE WALK TO THE BEACH IS MORE OF A TEN MINUTE WALK INSTEAD OF THE FIVE THEY LIST. WE WOULD 100% STAY HERE AGAIN. OCEAN REEF MADE EVERYTHING SO EASY. THE FULL SIZE WASHER AND DRYER WERE AWESOME TO HAVE AS WELL. THE GARAGE CAN FIT TWO SMALLER CARS IN THERE PLUS THE DRIVE WAY. I CANT SAY ENOUGH ABOUT THIS HOUSE OR ITS LOCATION. EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT.

First time in this area of Florida. We arrived late Sunday night. Woke up to a windy Monday morning double red flag on the beach and no dryer in the house for our family of 10. Things got better as the week went on! We will definitely be back.

Palm Breeze was large enough to home 4 adults and 5 kids (all 6 and under) for the week! The private pool was really great, we swam multiple times a day, the kids loved it. It was worth the fee to heat it for the week, as even though we had low temps at the start of our trip the kids still wanted to swim in the warm pool! There were some pool toys in the garage. There were also some beach chairs and a few beach toys in the garage as well. A short 5-6 min walk to the private beach, we walked with our small children with beach wagons quite a few times. Beautiful beach! The community is quiet and gated. Close to so many things to do without having to go back over the toll bridge during our stay. The house had all the amenities we needed for our stay. We would stay again and we highly recommend this property! Thanks for having us!

Our family enjoyed a week long stay at this Miramar Beach home. It was a short walk to the beautiful beach. Our group consisted of 8 adults and a newborn and we had plenty of room. There are lots of fine dining restaurants within just a few miles of this home. We rented a golf cart for the week and enjoyed riding up and down the gulf, taking in the beautiful views. We would rent this house again.

My family enjoyed the clean, quiet beach house. The location was a short walk to the beach and close to shopping. The pool was a perfect addition for the kids to swim and get energy out when we couldn't get to the beach. Nora was very responsive and helpful. We will definitely book this house again.

The house had everything we needed for our stay!! The beach was a short walk and provided was a wagon with extra beach chairs, a cooler and beach toys for the kids. It was very clean. It was also great to have a pool when the kids were tired of the waves and sand for the day.

We had a multi-generation group of 9 at the house. Plenty of room to spread out. Close and easy walk to beach. Spent evenings playing board games. Extra fridge and beach supplies in garage very helpful. Very clean and comfortable.

Our family (my husband and I, our two kids, my mother, my aunt, my cousin) stayed here this past week, and we can’t say enough great things! Nora was an excellent communicator leading up to our stay. The home was ready when we arrived in town. We visited while Tropical Storm Fred was forecast to hit us, and Nora kept in touch with us throughout. We’ve stayed in this subdivision in the past, mainly because of the proximity to a public beach. But we will look to be staying here again! We rented a golf cart for the week, so it was a short 2 min drive to the beach. But it is also very much within walking distance. We recommend The Crab Trap for dinner! We go every visit! We loved our stay here! Myself, my husband, two sets of grandparents, and 4 children (ages 10, 11, 12, 12) and we had plenty of room! The kids loved the bunk room and the private pool was the perfect break from the beach. We rented a golf cart while there, but the walk to the beach was short and the beach was beautiful. The kids also enjoyed riding the bikes down to the beach as well. The owners communicated everything and the house had everything we needed - we would love to stay here again!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time! The house has everything that you need and is just a short walk (6 minutes) from the beach. You do have to cross a street to get to the beach, but there is a cross walk so it is not an issue. The owner was very communicative and accommodating. We definitely plan to return!
