Situated in Reykjavik, this attractive condo for R 6,502 per night is a fantastic option for your next trip. The neighborhood: It is located in residential area on the South-West side of Reykjavik city centre and very close to the University of Iceland and the city center. Locality and attractions: Food stores nearby, open 24 hours. There is a swimming pool and a gym within walking distance. The cycling and walking path around the city is next to the apartment on the coastline. Only 500 meters from the Domestic Airport terminal in Reykjavik Our apartment is in the basement / ground floor of the house. We have two bedrooms, the master bedroom has a King size bed ( 180x200 cm ), the second bedroom has a double bed ( 140x200 cm ). Then we can add 1-2 single beds in the living room. Our kitchen is fully loaded with everything you need. We have baby crib and high chair for your children. We provide linen, towels and soap etc. We manage over 60 properties here in Iceland, most of them in Reykjavik area and also few outside of Reykjavik. We stayed in the property for four nights, Tuesday - Saturday. The place is exactly as described, located nicely, close to the coast but within walking distance of central Reykjavik. The recommendations given by the host for e.g. shopping, ice cream and a bakery are all excellent. We couldn't have been happier and will definitely return next time we are in Iceland.

Wow, we loved this apartment! It had everything we needed and was soo warm and cosy! The hot tub was fantastic for warming us up after a long day of exploring! It was in a beautiful, quiet area and the views were amazing! It was about a 20 minute walk to Reykjavik centre which was perfect for us! I would recommend this accommodation to anyone - i'd much prefer this to a hotel any day! We had everything we needed, towels, shower gel, shampoo, tea, coffee! it was great!

The location is really nice, nice quiet area with a good view over the sea. The check-in and check-out, and communication with the host was easy. All in all a really good stay.

A perfect location for family adventure to Iceland. Close to city centre but quiet street with uninterrupted views. Kids loved the hot tub which was remarkably quick to fill. Easy to park on street and head off on adventures. Highly recommended.

Wonderful, stay! Such a convenient location. After a long day of sight seeing it was the perfect spot to change and go out to dinner! Host was very responsive and location tips were helpful in check in materials.

Property manager is extremely helpful and easy to work with. The property was a gem. Great location and very clean. The hot pot in the back yard was wonderful to soak in and look at the sea. Location was fantastic, 10 min by scooter or 20 min walk to center of city.

I enjoyed staying here. The apartment is on the level -1 of a bigger house. The view from the living room is amazing and it is nicely decorated and very cosy and confortable. The only complain I have is the fact that the owners from upstairs can be heard when going around the house. The first morning I thought there is someone on the same floor as me. So not the best intimacy if you care about this. I felt the fact that I am actually sharing a floor from a bigger house, instead of being part of an apartment. Nevertheless, I stayed there 5 days and I recommend it for solo travellers or work-related travel.
