A Sunrise at Sea View is a tranquil Maine oceanfront vacation rental located on the shore of Penobscot Bay. A rolling lawn leads the way to the path accessing the rocky beach. Located just 5.8 miles from downtown Camden, this cottage is ideally located for activities in both Camden and Lincolnville with its sandy/rocky beach, restaurants, and ferry service to Islesboro. Belfast is about five miles to the north and has many lovely shops, galleries, and restaurants. There are hiking trails located within a few miles of the house. Or just sit on the deck, relax, and enjoy the passing lobster boats, windjammers, and sailboats. This is a seven-night minimum stay rental. Saltbox in style, this house is compact, well appointed, and has many east-facing windows overlooking Penobscot Bay. A large deck, perfect for watching the rising sun, is accessed from both the living room and the yard. THINGS TO KNOW This home does not have air-conditioning. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 2 vehicles. Security camera details: exterior camera faces driveway Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
