Situated in Pinnacle Peak, this lovely house for R 23,450 per night is a fantastic option for your next break. Welcome to The Enchanted Estate - Elevated Troon Mountain Villa at Whispering Ridge. Perched atop an elevated peak of Troon Mountain, you will be mesmerized by the unobstructed views of the natural AZ landscape, with iconic saguaros and natural boulder outcroppings scattered across the peaks. This private villa is situated in a upscale, gated community allowing for total privacy and security. Designed with spacious areas for entertainment, the main level is complimented by a true chefs kitchen that offers state of the art appliances, a plethora of counter space, and plenty of seating for everyone. As one of the four main access points to the backyard, this is a great place to gather and enjoy breakfast with coffee while admiring the morning sunrise over the custom pool and landscape. Descending into the lower entertainment level, the home offers a large great room with tv, foosball, shuffleboard, classic arcade game, and wine fridge. Thoughtfully constructed, the open concept great room and living room allows everyone to be a part of the fun. The sliding glass doors offer access to corn hole and a personal putting green. Ascending to the third level, there is a private Master bedroom with a generous private balcony overlooking the mountainous terrain of the city. The bathtub comes with a unique view and complete privacy alongside a rain shower with plenty of closet space. Adjacent to the master bedroom is a private yoga and massage room equipped with yoga mats, mirrors, bands and massage tables. The second wing on the north side of the home is complete with 4 ensuite bedrooms. At the end of the hall, you will find an additional private guest suite that includes a queen bed, a secondary kitchen, a full bathroom, as well as private access to the outdoor pool. With all 6 bedrooms having en-suites, every guest will experience an enjoyable stay with privacy. Entering the resort style backyard, experience a state-of-the-art misting system, outdoor fireplace, beautiful water feature, and outdoor kitchen. The heated* pool and spa are surrounded by the signature picturesque boulders that offers a completely private and tranquil experience. - - - - - *Pool Heating* There is an additional fee of $190 per night to heat up the swimming pool with a three night minimum. TPT #21342266 Scottsdale License #2023387 You are booking through a third party site (AirBnB) and not directly through vacayAZ. You will be required to provide additional information not provided by AirBnB, as well as sign a rental agreement provided by vacayAZ. No professional photo/video shoots unless approved by VacayAZ. A government issued ID must be provided to VacayAZ after the booking is made to verify age of occupants. Occupancy is limited to the max amount of guests shown in the listing. A signed rental agreement is REQUIRED to book this home. Please keep the fun at a respectful decibel level. What's the threshold you might ask? Great question. Well, let's put it this way, feel free to burst out in laughter, play some music in the backyard during the day or announce your magnificent cannonball to the world but you might want to leave the marching band at home this time. We do ask for no loud noises after 9 pm — if you are planning to cause a ruckus, our property might not be the right one for you. Must be at least 33 years old to book. Pets are permitted only at VacayAZ`s approval. 2 pets max. An additional pet cleaning fee and pet deposit is required. Maximum family size of 6 adults and their related dependent children. Do not tape anything to the walls and/or ceilings. Surveillance devices monitor the out door spaces: Front entry & driveway. There are no cameras inside the home. Guests will be charged for any and all damage in the home resulting from their stay. Any items left behind can be sent back for a handling fee of $50 plus the cost to ship and must be prepaid before the item will be sent.

Our party of 12 (three young children and nine adults) and a wonderful time at this beautiful property. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and get together. Everyone was quite pleased with their accommodation. The sourpuss neighbor next door didn't cause any trouble (as one reviewer mentioned) – he just has some nasty signs about "renting a room, not a house." Whatever. The pool/spa heater caused us some confusion, but each and every time I reached out to VacayAZ, I received a prompt, helpful response. I would definitely rent this home again, and I hope to!

I would definitely stay at this property again, but I would add the electronics are outdated and some were not in service. The heater on the pool would not stay on.... you had to continually check it. Again, a premiere property in a beautiful location that all of my family enjoyed.

My group of 12 people rented this property for our couple's trip and it was nothing short of amazing. The house was beautiful, the mountain views, the finishing touches of the house were simply perfect. The house was fully stocked with pots and utensils. The house was very spacious and the pool kept us cool despite the summer heat. The only negative wee experienced was actually big enough to almost ruin the entire positives of the house. The neighbors were very hostile and we felt harrassed on several occasions. Upon arrival, a male neighbor kept giving us an angry stare. Shortly after settling in, a middle age white female neighbor trespassed the gate and came to our private back yard where we were grilling food and swimming to complain about trash and litter she found on the street that was left by the previous renters right before us. This made us feel very unsafe and targeted. While taking a walk, we saw several hostile signs right in front of the neighbor's house saying "This is not a hotel, get a room not a house, Short term rentals ruin neighborhoods etc." This was displayed in color and stood out so you couldn't miss it even if you tried. Lastly, during our morning walk, a white pick up truck and a white sedan kept driving by us back and forth. After the third time, a guy driving the white pick up truck rolled down his window and asked if we were staying at the "party house." The white sedan stopped right in front of us, came out, stared at us and drove off.

Week stay with our 3 adult children and spouses. Perfect size and location with all the amenities and big, beautiful kitchen . My only advice would be to switch out massage room for an exercise room . Overall well worth it Scott O
