The main living space is located on the first floor of the home, where the living room, dining area, and kitchen can be found. Floor-to-ceiling windows allow you to admire breathtaking lake views from the comfort of the living room. This area has been furnished with guests' comfort in mind - find several inviting sofas, a large flatscreen TV, and a floor-to-ceiling fireplace. Appointed with modern stainless steel appliances, the full kitchen will have your back when mealtime comes around. Find everything you need to prepare top-quality meals and snacks for the group. The adjoining dining table seats up to six people and you can find two additional chairs at the kitchen island. The main floor hosts three bedrooms, two bathrooms, and a designated laundry room. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 5 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
