The deck on the back of the home provides guests with a great spot for alfresco dining and hosting warm-weather barbecues. Gather around the firepit in the backyard and roast s'mores while telling spooky stories or simply sharing a great time with your loved ones under the starry night sky. Inside, the living area features plenty of inviting sofas surrounding a wood stove - this is the perfect gathering spot, especially during the winter months. The spacious and well-appointed kitchen will be a cook's delight with all the great appliances available. There is a den with a TV with cable and a sleeper sofa just off the living room. Besides the main living space, the main floor also features a bathroom/laundry room with a convenient washer/dryer. The first and second bedrooms are located upstairs, while the third bedroom is located in the attached garage apartment. The fourth bedroom is right above the garage with two comfortable beds. THINGS TO KNOW This property is managed by Vacasa Michigan LLC. Parking notes: There is free parking available for 4 vehicles. Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out.
