Kitchen - Fully equipped kitchen with electric hob and oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, fridge/freezer (3 drawers), kettle, toaster and filter coffee maker. Kitchen table to seat two to four. Utility Area - Iron, ironing board, drying rack and hoover in cupboard. Sitting Room - Two sofas (one is a pull out double sofa bed) and two armchairs, footstool, books, games, electric real effect log burner, Smart tv and dvd player.
