Tucked away in Torrey! Just off center street, 1 block to middle of town. Walk to the grocery store, restaurants , or Saturday farmers market! Expansive views from house and large deck across quiet pasture and orchard. Boulder mountain and Cockscomb are just beyond. Deer frequent the backyard many mornings and evenings. Incredible Sunsets and Sunrises! Spacious main level with living room, dining room, and kitchen in great room for 6 people to connect. Windows on entire south side of great room to enjoy grand views. Updated furniture and 70” TV in living room. Kitchen has island and bar, all with plenty of granite counter top space. Well-stocked kitchen will support a quiet night in. Large laundry area with washer and dryer. Gigabyte internet for those desiring to stay connected.

I was a bit skeptical to see a property receive so many 10/10 ratings, but after staying at this house, I have to agree. The house was EXTREMELY CLEAN! The kitchen was stocked with all the items that you'd expect. Note that November through March (non-peak tourist season), the selection of open restaurants in town is limited. The "bucolic views" did not disappoint, we enjoyed our view of horses and cattle out the great room and kitchen windows. We even saw deer in the backyard (March, when there was snow in the mountains).

Convenient location to Capitol Reef if you are not staying at the NP campground. Were there after Thanksgiving so many of the restaurants in Torrey were closed. But we knew this going in. The house was very nice for six adults. Could use a bit of wall decor. We were very satisfied with our choice. Actually chose this house over several others because it had a large dinning room table for us to play cards and other games each night.

This house was great. Views were fantastic, we enjoyed happy hour on the back patio watching the sunset. Very short walk to the town and short drive to Capital Reef NP. Highly recommend this place.

We enjoyed our visit but have one criticism - the stairs to the upstairs bedrooms are slick and unsafe. One of us slipped on the bottom stair and fell. Luckily she wasn't hurt. Also grab bars should be installed in the shower

The house was amazing and well equipped although I wish the fire pit was working. Nice to be able to walk to the general store for food and supplies. The view is fantastic. It was a perfect place to stay in the middle of our National park adventure.

This is a stunning home. We had a little trouble finding it because it was call "gray" and is more like "sage." But once we found it, we wanted to stay forever. New and clean. The 3 bedrooms are upstairs and the bathrooms -- one is on the landing and the other is on first floor. So for middle of the night "runs," there are a few steps to negotiate. Large washer and dryer. Spacious porch. Try the trout at Rim Rock Restaurant. We could walk to The Chuck Wagon deli and grocery store where I found raspberry jalapeno jam. Yum!!

We had a great stay in Torrey, the location can't be beat as you are close to everything in town. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen is great to cook meals in and we enjoyed the beautiful views! Thanks for making our stay easy!

Very spacious and clean. Excellent views in nice quiet area. Not for mobility impaired, however. The bedrooms are all up stairs.

We really enjoyed our week-long stay at this rental property! The open layout of the downstairs was perfect for family meals and relaxing downtime in the evening, the kitchen was spacious and well-equipped, and the home was tastefully decorated (throw pillows, blankets, and decorative molding were on point). The rental was well stocked with everything we needed (soap, shampoo, laundry detergent and dryer sheets, puzzles, indoor games, and outdoor lawn games), and the large flatscreen with Netflix and YouTube TV was great. The location can’t be beat (walking distance to the Chuckwagon, Capitol Burger food truck, and The Old House on Main gift shop). Nice views of the mountains and the neighbor’s horses out the large downstairs windows. Just beware the animal droppings if you walk too far out into the field out back. It also appears as if the property owners are in the midst of some yard projects (e.g. unfinished patio) so there are some piles of building materials around the back and side of the house. But all-in-all, a lovely property and a great base for our Capitol Reef and Escalante adventures!

The Cozy Casa was a great base for our group of three long time friends to explore Capitol Reef NP. The beds in all the bedrooms are super comfortable and the kitchen and great room are large and inviting. There’s only one upstairs bathroom for the three bedrooms but the downstairs bathroom has a shower and worked great for us.
