Welcome to our Modern Cottage on 1 acre of private land. Located 3 hours from GTA, 5 min from convenience store and LCBO. 15 min from Barry's Bay. Non smoking 3 Bedroom, 1.5 Bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, huge open concept living room (perfect for entertaining) with a 75' Smart TV. Free High Speed internet. Sandy water located across the road with your own dock. Swimming, floaties, paddle boat and a canoe awaits you!!

Every aspect of this beautiful cottage was perfect. The cottage was new, fresh, beautifully appointed in a beautifully wooded setting. The dock provided us with that lake/riverfront experience. Unfortunately we did not have time on this stay to enjoy the pedal boat, canoe and other amenities. We were a group of 5 and had a gathering of family one evening where the large open living space allowed us to socialize easily. Sebastian responded to all of my questions very quickly. I cannot wait until we come back again, for a longer period of time!! Thanks for the little gift too, Sebastian!!
