Fully fenced yard is surrounded by flowers and fruit trees. House showcases a large fully stocked kitchen for cooking big group dinners and patio is great for entertaining. Large living area is set up with big screen TV, piano, games and books. Something for everyone to enjoy! 6 bedrooms are as follows: 1 King, 3 Queen, 2 bunk bed 6 bathrooms are attached to each room. 4 Bathrooms are full with ADA showers and 2 are half baths also ADA accessible. House has a 500/high speed internet. Each room has its own TV and thermostat to adjust temperature. In case of power outage system is run on generator that kicks in within seconds. Property is located walking distance to Lake Los Carneros & Stove Grove Park where you can picnic among California coast redwoods - featuring volleyball courts, open lawn and playground for families to enjoy. Just 2 miles to the beach and the airport. Close to University of California Santa Barbara and 1 mile walk to the Calle Real shopping center with restaurants, stores and movie theater. This home is perfect for groups, bigger families, parents visiting students, wedding parties, or just a Santa Barbara getaway. Four parking spots on a driveway and additional parking spots on the street if needed (on approval). Mandatory quiet time after 9pm - $200 fine for any disturbance to the neighborhood Small dogs on approval only with $250 fee No smoking in or near home - $500 fine if any odor is detected on premises Guest access 4 Parking spaces are provided at the property and any extra vehicles can park on the street but away from mailboxes and driveways.

We had a wonderful trip and a great stay! The house was well stocked, wonderfully clean and the owners could not have been more accommodating! We had a group of all age ranges and the house suited all of us. We especially appreciated the number of bathrooms for a group our size! Would definitely return for another trip!

We had planned to visit Solvang, and also look at UCSB campus for future college student. We had 6 adults and 6 kids in our group. Everyone had their space for 3 sets of adults, and boys and girls bunk rooms. Management was very responsive to issues. Only negative was the weather: it rained a lot. Quiet neighborhood.

What a perfect home for members of my far flung family to use as we gathered for my daughter’s wedding in Santa Barbara! We loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom. We used the large dining room for family meals and wedding celebration preparations! The location was central to airport and highways while nestled in an adorable neighborhood. Overall, it exceeded my expectations and we all had a fantastic experience!

Our group had a fantastic stay at the house. It's an ideal setup for a big group of friends - plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms, great indoor and outdoor space, and a short drive from restaurants and stores. The place is spotless, organized, and well stocked, and our host was super responsive and accommodating. Would recommend!

We had a family reuion, the 6 bedrooms worked out well for us. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking items.At one time it must have been used as health facility and is perfect for handicap persons.

Perfect spot to stay if you want to visit Santa Barbara and Solvang or do wine tasting in Santa Ynez. It’s situated in between those areas. The house was very clean and spacious, and had an extra outdoor eating area and spot to sit and relax. The neighborhood was quiet.

This house could not have been more perfect. We were 12 people. Every couple and each set of kids had their own room with en suite bathroom, giving us all a place to be on our own if needed. Plenty of common space. Comfortable beds and pillows. Beautifully landscaped and furnished yard. Everything new and clean. Pantry could have been better stocked, and a few more glasses would have been nice. We would stay here again. Excellent!

The house was a great location for a family gathering to celebrate our son's graduation from UCSB. It is an easy drive to both the campus and to downtown Santa Barbara, and is very clean, comfortable, and quiet. The host was responsive and accommodating. Highly recommended.

Perfect property for our group. Great location and accommodations. Never felt crowded, even with 11 people. Property is well supplied - everything is nicely labeled. Conveniently located. Would definitely stay here again if in the area. Nicest VRBO we has stayed in.

Our large family was super comfortable in this beautiful home. Plenty of comfortable beds and bathrooms to accommodate us all. We loved morning coffee on the patio in the manicured back yard. Very nice neighborhood as well!

Plenty of space beds and bathrooms for a decent size group. Very clean and well stocked with linens and basic toiletries. Awesome location. Would happily stay here again. Host was very quick to respond to my one question.

We Can not say enough about Yaroslav’s property. We were a group of family members gathering together for an unfortunate circumstance but this house was just what we needed , a place we could be together to laugh, cry and rest. The home is even better then described. The lay out is perfect for multi families, each bedroom is like having your own suite. Each room is tastefully decorated , has its own temperature control and the bathrooms are all like new. The beds are incredibly comfortable , so much so we ask what the brand was. There is an ample supply of towels, sheets & extra blankets. The Family and dinning room were super comfortable. Having the large dinning table was convenient for eating and playing games. The kitchen is well stocked. The back yard is beautifully landscaped with plenty of space to enjoy the outdoors. The home is in a quiet and safe neighborhood with plenty of parking, conveniently located near shops, restaurants and a quick drive to all that Goleta & Santa Barbara have to offer. Yaroslav was very easy to communicate with and very quick to respond . The keyless entry is always convenient. We highly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.
