The hotel was cleaned. Bed was way too soft. With all the money the Resort receives they should at least be able to get better mattresses. But please be careful as I was charged/accused for something my husband and I was innocent.

Check in was quick and the woman at reception was very helpful, polite and professional. Room was amazing. Balcony doors were so good we couldn’t hear any noises from outside. Love that the beach chairs are included. Great location, lovely staff we will 100% be back.

First impression was terrible. Valet staff were rude and very in accommodating for a family with a child in a wheelchair. Offered no help and just demanded we not park to unload. The hotel does not offer a self park, so you HAVE to go through valet (@ $40 per night). Front desk staff were more interested in their personal call as I stood there waiting to check in. Elevator to north building was a constant pain. Card entry only, but it wouldn’t read cards and the doors would just open and close for minutes at a time. During our check out day, cleaning staff came more than an hour before check out time to try to clean room. And if you need a luggage rack, you have to have a bellman bring it to your room - with his hand out for a tip of course. The rooftop bar and pool area was nice. Friendly wait staff up there and food was delicious. Room was spacious - set up like a one bedroom apartment. I wouldn’t consider this property ever again. Be ready for attitude from staff if you choose to stay here. And don’t think about this if you have a wheelchair user. Half the elevators to parts of the building have been out of order for a while (coffee shop, gym, FRONT DESK). You half to walk a full block and back to get to coffee shop to use a manual ramp.

Very good location, front desk and management was very poor, room wasn’t ready at 4 and that’s a pretty late check in. Room was clean, you pay $40 a day valet which wasn’t mentioned untill arriving. Roof top pool closes at 8, seems early. Would not go back, overall I would say 5 or 6 out of 10.

The majority of staff were friendly and professional. We tried phoning the front desk several times during our stay and no one bothered to answer. Management needs to hire more staff. Disappointed that there was no actual dining at the hotel...only roof top bar...sad. Housekeeping, overall keep our room clean but did not check the soap dispensers in the shower....and again when we tried phoning the front desk to ask for the soap dispensers to be re-filled...did not answer the phone. Not enough elevators and always had to wait. The overnight parking was overpriced although the car jockeys were nice and friendly. We could not charge our drinks at the roof top bar to our room which was annoying and inconvenient. We were looking to book an additional night (Sat) but the hotel wanted $700 for the night...outrageous..overall the hotel was fine but won't go back.

Great location near the boardwalk! Lots of great places to eat and close to the beach with chair rental included but umbrellas are available for extra cost. We rode their bikes along the boardwalk for the free hour which was a perfect amount of time to see further than we'd walk. The staff was very helpful and we had great service with a smile! Our bed was quite soft and comfortable except it was starting to wear a bit. The edge was breaking down, so it felt like I was going to fall out sometimes. It wasnt the most restful stay for me combined with the sounds of the hvac system turning on and off since it sounded like someone at the door each time. But, my husband slept through it. The pool and roof deck are both impressive! I was pleasantly surprised at how expansive the area was and the beautiful views from there too. I'd highly recommend going early to get a lounger or go later in the afternoon. We found plenty of seating after a day at the beach around 3-4pm. We also lucked out and enjoyed their happy hour selections for an appetizer before getting ready for dinner. You do have to schedule housekeeping 24 hours in advance. But, we only needed extra hand towels and washcloths which were promptly delivered to our room. My only observation with the cleaning that was subpar would be the elevator mats. We were in the south building off the main lobby and the mats always had spills and looked dirty all the time.

This hotel seemed very clean and the rooms were in general nice. I booked a 2 room with 2 king beds and did not got a semi 2 room with a king and a queen. The hotel was unwilling to rectify the situation in any way and the manager was quite abrasive. She did call me back quickly from a training she was attending, I can only hope it was focused on providing better customer service. There is a key detail you should know about the 2 room configuration that is not spelled out, one is a normal room and one is basically a nook off the kitchen with only a curtain and no privacy. This is not indicated on their website. We also found bed bugs in one of the beds and took to the office in a plastic bag. we were further inconvenienced while they brought someone in to inspect and then re-change the bedding. Luckily they did not find a big issue in our room as the hotel was fully booked and the only option would have been to move the three of us to a room with a single room/bed??? It is clear that there are bed bugs in this hotel. Do a search on-line and this issue is immediately evident, however; the unprofessional management refuses to acknowledge this even when handed a bed pug that we collected from one of the beds. The location is great but if you have an issue, don't expect a satisfactory resolution from the hotel staff. I really wanted to like this hotel but was disappointed.

Great location, very close to the beach and a wide variety of restaurants to choose from. Very clean and the staff were great! Very friendly and helpful when needed. Rooftop pool and bar/restaurant was awesome! Food was fantastic! Kids loved the pool and the beach!

Loved the roof top spa. Rooms were huge. Our balcony faced the courtyard so there was no view. HVAC system was super loud to the point you didnt want to sit on balcony. Housekeeping not great. Excellent location. Good gym.

Staff not very helpful, informed them window shade was broken when we got there and they said they would fix it and never did, when I asked for blankets and pillows front desk told me the staff was already gone and I would have to wait until the next day! I paid extra for balcony view and it was not what I expected. Not a pleasant experience needless to say I will not return to this hotel.

Positive:Very clean and very friendly staff! Negative: 2 blogs…: pool is in 7th floor of South bldg- we had to go from 4th floor to lobb, then down 8 steps and acrosss the street , then up 8 steps to North bldg to get TOWELS for POOL,then back to south bldg 7th floor to use. The pool was cold, it was advertised as heated. This was a big disappointment and a factor in choosing this hotel! There was no coffee in the room. They did bring it within the hour when contacted. There were only soup spoons &knives in the silverware drawer, no forks . Tito’s convienant store? Not in the hotel, is located down the street and had no hot dogs or pizza as the big sign advertised. Decent hotel overall, but NOT USER friendly especially if you’re an older person or have issues with stairs ( carrying your luggage up and down) and trips in and out for beach, shopping or food.) Not Resort quality, but a nice hotel.

The cleanliness of the room was excellent, and the cleaning staff did the dishes and clean the bathroom and re-organize, my toothbrush, etc. they were excellent. Also, the gym was very clean.

The location of this property is amazing! However, we could hear every word from our neighbors and karaoke from the rooftop, and the laundry room and gym were not great. We requested that our room get cleaned twice and both times it was cleaned very well. We stayed here because the cost was lower than the surrounding hotels and would consider staying here again because of the location and the cheaper rate.

Very noisy street by the North tower and trucks running at 5 am and horns honking was a turnoff. Our bed was way too soft and wasn't good for our backs. We're sofa also unfortunately wasn't comfortable and slanted toward the center. The place was very clean and convenient to the boardwalk but there's only two things that did not work for us and comfort should be a key part of a vacation resort.

Everything was fine, but I double-checked you booking site, and there is no mention of a $55/day resort fee. I travel extensively, and that is the most outrageous fee I've ever encountered. Especially for a 20-hour stay. That's a lot of money for 30-minutes in the gym and 2 beach towels.

The hotel facility is really nice. great rooms, great pool area. The staff in reception/valet etc are not great but thankfully you don't have to deal much with them. The location is excellent right near beach and bars etc. I rated 5* for the property 3* front of house staff

I can’t say enough good things about this property! The location was super convenient, the staff was super friendly, the rooms were spacious and nicely upgraded and the upstairs bar / pool / terrace area was amazing. We didn’t have a rental car throughout our stay and we’re able to Uber to many places from our hotel for a small fee since the resort was pretty centrally placed around the Ft Lauderdale area. You are close to the Seminole Hardrock Casino, Aventura Mall, and Las Olas Blvd. We had a king ocean view suite and the room / view did not disappoint one but. I feel like my only complaint was I wish we had asked for stay over service one of the nights but it wasn’t a big deal. I would 100 percent stay here again. Do yourself and favor and book the trip here!
