This modern house not only offers an spacious floor-plan and a private pool, but also the BEST Game room in town w/ Air hockey, Pool Table, foosball, PingPong, Karaoke system & more. This house is ideal for relaxing & entertaining.⛵️ The house is Conveniently located right next Blue Angel Pkwy. There are multiple walking and bike trails, but the house's biggest advantage is the proximity to Naval Air Station, Downtown Pensacola and Perdido Key Beaches. With those options, you can't go wrong with whatever adventure you choose for the day. The Bayou neighborhood is new and quite community of military and growing families, as well as few retirees. The neighborhood is well led and organized, and the house is ideally located next a small park the children and maybe the furry friends. Lastly, there’s plenty of parking in the house: 4 x cars in the driveway and some more over the park area. These are the driving times to get to & from to most popular places:(Please read it so that you know how far the house is from the Beach): - Corry Station/NEX Shopping Center& Commissary > 10-12 min - Downtown Pensacola > 18-24 min -Johnson State Park, Perdido Key > 20-25 min away - Orange Beach, AL. > 25-30 min away - FloriBama Stateline/ Restaurant >20-25 min away - Pensacola Beach, > 26-35-min away - Navarre Beach, > 35-40 min away The family pet is allowed, but there’s a $100 non-refundable charge for incidentals. Very accurately described, had amenities for children. The neighborhood was impressively, peaceful, and quiet. Very easy drive to west gate of nas and Perdido beaches. Communication with property owner was fantastic. Very responsive and receptive. Would definitely book again!

We had four families (13 Total) meet up at this location and everything was ABSOLUTELY perfect!! Highly highly recommended for large families or multiple families. If we come back to Pensacola we will definitely look for this place again! They were super helpful when we had questions they responded and answered quickly.

Felipe was very responsive and helpful with our last minute booking. We had a very enjoyable stay - the place was spotless, deceivingly large and many fun activities in the games room. Absolutely fantastic place to stay for people of all ages!

Felipe was super helpful all through our stay. I have stayed at a number of vacation rentals and can confidently declare that Felipe suits the definition of a super host to the T - his communication, helpful tips and overall assistance was above and beyond. The house might not be extremely luxurious but it had plenty of bells and whistles to keep our 15 member group with a bunch of kids fully entertained for our 5-day stay. We could not use the pool/outdoor area much as we timed our visit to the coldest days of the year (go figure!) but thanks to the fully equipped game room, kids had a blast. Would thoroughly recommend this place to anyone coming with large group and kids.
