We had a lovely week on Treasure Island. The condo was as described on VRBO and the location and beach were awesome! The pool and hot tub were very nice and heated to perfect temperatures. There were restaurants and shops within walking distance. We had a great time!

Amazing hosts. Quickly responded to any questions. The VRBO was very comfortable and had all kitchen supplies that we needed. Location is walking distance to John's Bay (enjoyed the John's Bay Festival while we were vacationing). Afternoon sun on porch made the unanticipated cooler Florida temps bearable. Thank you for the wonderful memories.

The condo was beautiful, well kept, fully stocked and included everything we needed for the perfect beach get-away. Hanna & Hass were very responsive and we even met Hass while we were in the property. We couldn't have asked for better hosts during our stay and would highly recommend to anyone.
The condo also featured two hot tubs and a heated pool with direct beach access just steps away. If you like searching for sea shells, we walked about a mile to the left and found a ton of conch shells! Thank you for a wonderful stay, Hanna and Hass

405N Sunset Vistas is a beautiful unit. The owners were super flexible and were able to let us in a little early since we arrived before our scheduled time! They even provided a bottle of wine and some coffee to welcome us. The view from the balcony at sunset is truly amazing. The main pool, larger hot tub, kiddie pool, and smaller hot tub really make for many fun in the sun choices. The beach is absolutely beautiful - the owners even provided beach chairs! We stay in Florida VIRBO units often and this one rates high up for the price. The second bedroom is pretty small, but still worked for two adults. Treasure Island has lots to offer as far as dining and shopping- we especially enjoyed Saint John’s Pass Village for shopping and Middle Ground Grill for dining.

The property and owners were amazing. We have stayed at Sunset Vistas several times but I must say this was the nicest condo by far. The sunset view was amazing. Very clean, updated, and very tastefully decorated. The owners responded to any of our questions promptly and even check to see how things were going. We will be back. Nice property!!

The condo was updated , beach decor was wonderful, and loved the water views from the balcony. Close to restaurants and shopping. Check in and out was very simple with instructions provided by owners. Would definitely stay again.

The condo was clean and has a good view. The pool had a family atmosphere until the weekend, when it became more of a party crowd. The shower curtain in the master bathroom needs to be replaced.

Place was immaculate and relaxing. Two bedrooms and two bathrooms made it so nice for my daughter and I. Balcony was delightful.

Nice property with a clean pool and beach. Nice restaurants within a short walking distance. The host was very responsive and easy to communicate with. I highly recommend this property and we will be back.

Great property and location. Within walking distance of John's Pass which is great because parking rates are expensive there. Abundant restaurants to walk to. Condo has everything you need for a relaxing stay. Overall a great place to be on vacation.

Wonderful condo - clean, decorated nicely, beautiful view. We had everything we needed and really appreciated the beach chairs! The entire property was perfect for our family vacation… pool, tiki bar, cafe, and close proximity to the beach. We’ll be back!

Just a couple of recommendations that I would suggest:
New shower curtains, and a few cleaning supplies and a mop for people who stay longer than a week.

We had a great week at this condo. Two bedrooms with nice decor, full kitchen allowing for making any meals you want. Steps to the beach, nice pool and hot tub at the complex, as well as easy access to restaurants and places to explore if you want to go out. The hosts were wonderfully communicative and helpful as well.

Everything about this vacation was Hanna communicated the details clearly beforehand which reduced my pre trip anxiety. The property is well maintained, decorated nicely, and clean. The location was perfect - we could see the beach and the pool from our balcony and could walk to both in minutes. The beach, hot tub, and pool were great. Lots of great food, including a Publix within minutes. We plan to come back.

We stayed for a few days with our kids (3 and 1). The condo was nicely updated and well kept. It had a perfect view of the sunset. We used the 2 pools a lot - the kiddie one was not heated, but is okay on a warm day. The large pool was heated. Great access to the beach!

We had a great time at this property. It was exactly as described and the pictures are accurate. It was recently remodeled and all the furnishings are super cute. It had everything we needed including beach chairs. It was very quiet and had a beautiful view of the gulf with chairs to have coffee in the morning and a glass of wine for the sunset in the evening. Would definitely stay here again and would highly recommend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Sunset Vistas 405N. The condo was beautifully furnished and decorated. As well, it was very clean, with new flooring throughout. Owners Hanna and Haas always promptly responded to our questions/concerns. We would definitely return!

The condo was super clean, with new furniture and nicely decorated (the pictures are old and not reflecting the new furniture and décor!). Convenient location! Close to great restaurants and grocery stores. Loved that this property is right on the beach. We enjoyed the heated pool, and also we appreciated the beach chairs and umbrella left for guest use. The balcony overlooks the pool and there is also an ocean view. Very enjoyable place and location. I would stay here again.
