We welcome you to our 3-bedroom, 3 -bathroom, home with a pool that can accommodate up to 16 people. It has an open-plan layout that seamlessly connects the home’s indoor and outdoor spaces. With Lake Havasu Marina and boat launch, the famous London Bridge, and numerous restaurants and shops just a short drive away the activities are endless. Whenever you're not exploring, stay home to float in the private pool. Plenty of parking for your boat, toys, or RV. Direct Garage access as well. The space Sleeping Arrangements 1st Master Bedroom: King bed, attached bathroom 2nd Master Bedroom: 2 Queen beds, attached bathroom 3rd Bedroom: 2 Full-size Bunk Beds Queen-size Air Mattresses are available Ceiling fans throughout the house. The garage is Boat Deep. Bring your toys! Pool Heat is $50 USD per day and requires a 2-day minimum. (24-hour notice preferred). Please note* Mailbox is locked. If you have Amazon deliver, have them leave your item(s) at the door. For your Use: Smart TVs ( with your log-in) High-speed Wi-Fi, Washer/Dryer (with detergent), Outdoor BBQ ( with propene), pool toys, Hair Dryer, Keurig Coffee Maker, beer pong table, corn hole, Giant Connect-Four, Pacman Mini-Arcade and more games for the whole family Guest access: A personal Door Code will be sent on the morning of arrival. Guest access to Full house, Garage, backyard, and pool TPT# 21472544 House Rules: 1. No smoking in the house 2. Please set the thermostat to 75 (summer) and 65 (winter) when no one is home. 3. Please do not pour grease down the sink 4. All towels are located in the hallway cabinet. Please do not take the gray bath towels to the pool 5. No wet clothes on furniture 6. Be mindful of noise after 10 pm (Lake Havasu City Requirement) 7. Any damage made to the property or furnishings will be billed to the guest and reported to VRBO. DOG FRIENDLY! 1. No other animals allowed due to severe allergies within my family (additional cleaning fee will apply if this rule is violated) 3. Dog(s) must be authorized to be on the property prior to booking. 4. The fee is $50 per stay for additional cleaning. 5. No wet dogs in house 6. Pick up dog feces to avoid additional cleaning fee (bags not provided) 7. Two dogs max with prior approval 8. Dog(s) are not to be left in house unattended (unless in crate) Pool Rules 1. No glass by or in the pool 2. No food in the pool 3. No running around the pool 4. Dry off before entering the house 5. Do not leave children unattended in or near the pool 6. Use of pool shall be at your own risk 7. Do not adjust the pool heater at the unit, it is controlled by phone. Pool Heat is $50 USD per day and requires a 2-day minimum. (24-hour notice preferred). 8. Additional cleaning fee of $100 if trash is left in pool. 9. Neither agent nor owner is responsible for accidents, damages, personal injury, or financial obligations resulting from the use of the pool *Please note: If rules are violated guests will be asked to leave with no refund. The pool cleaner comes every Monday & Thursday.

Rented this home for a baseball tournament over the weekend with 2 other families. Property has a lot of room for the amount of little ones we had. Will have to rent this one again in the summertime for pool fun!!

It was OK from the outside too far south for us. On the inside it was just the top layer that was somewhat clean. I like to cook in the kitchen. A lot of the dishes and utensils were rusty, crusty food, stuck to it and greasy I had to clean only what I needed to use, the icemaker was not working it was frozen jammed shut was not the best we did not get to use the pool could not figure out what light switches,went to . was not easy to navigate. sorry I was not impressed. Food was stuck to the dishes and crumbs in the pantry coffee cups were stuck together Did not enjoy that part . But thank you for letting us have our dogs there.. nothing was really marked in the shower stall light switches on usage. Probably will not stay there again.

WE HAD A GREAT TIME FISHING FOR 2 1/2 DAYS AND WHEN WE CAME BACK TO THE HOUSE WE HAD A BEER OR TWO FLOATING IN THE POOL TO COOL OFF AND THEN WE BBQ A TRI TIP AND AFTER DINNER WE WATCHED A MOVIE AND WENT TO BED. VERY RELAXING

This house was perfect for a trip with some friends. Mathew helped me with anything that I needed throughout my stay. The pool heater didn’t work properly for our trip and I communicated that to Mathew and was very understanding of the situation. Very clean and organized house that was stocked well with things we might need. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again!

I stayed here with a group of friends and it was awesome!!!! The pool was perfect since the weather was a little colder we heated it and it was very nice. Beds are comfy and it was overall a great experience not to mention Matthew is a great host!:)

I recommend this property for anyone planning on staying in Havasu. The house was clean and cutely decorated! I had some issues with getting in the house, but Matthew responded right away and helped me out. The house was well stocked with everything you would need in a kitchen, from a toaster to coffee pot!! Our kids enjoyed the back patio, there was plenty of space for them to get some energy out.
