Just steps away is the large pool and hot tub, surrounded with an abundance of lounge chairs and hammocks to laze away the days with the lovely views and incredible sunsets. Choose to Grill al fresco day or night on the private grill right outside your patio door or, for your convenience, visit the neighboring beachfront restaurant, bar and coffee shop which are all fantastic and truly emphasize the relaxed island vibe. Two kayaks are also included for you to explore the beautiful surrounding waters! Kitchen / Living Area The well equipped kitchen has granite counter tops and all amenities including fridge freezer, oven, cook top, microwave and dishwasher (fully stocked with all of the essential cookware and utensils) The dining area spills into the living area with a huge comfortable sectional sofa from which to relax, enjoy the beach view or watch the large flat screen HDTV at your leisure. Cable, Wi-Fi internet access and telephone (landline telephone for use by guests to make local calls only) all available. Master Bedroom The master bedroom has fantastic views of the beach with easy access through sliding doors to the screened patio outdoor area. This was a beautiful condo at a beautiful location. Very upscale! The location could not be beat. We were right on the beach with the pool and hot tub a few steps away. We especially enjoyed kayaking down to Starfish Point. The only downside is that there are not many restaurants to choose from and this side of the island.

We had a wonderful time at Elizabeth's condo. It was perfectly clean and had everything we needed - including beach and pool toys for the kids. We used a grocery delivery as well as a service that delivers baby equipment and the host was excellent about helping us coordinate these. The pool and beach are lovely and not crowded or busy. We loved walking the beach, checking out the dock at Kaibo and daily trips to starfish point. I can't think of anything that was lacking in this trip and we certainly hope to come back someday.

The condo was the perfect quiet property for our stay in the Caymans. Love walking right out to the beach and pool area. Beds and pillows are very comfortable, kitchen has good stock of items to cook a meal. We used the kayaks to paddle around and see the starfish, was a highlight of our trip. Thankful for extra touches like the room darkening shades. The restaurant Kaibo next door has a fun beach BBQ on Tuesday evenings, reservation is needed. We enjoyed going to the Chrystal Caves, Rum Point, 7 Mile beach, fishing excursion and trying various beach restaurants around the north and east side of the island. It was a perfect condo to kick back and relax!

Dad, Mom and 2 adult daughters loved our stay at Mai Kai. If you are good with slowing down, unplugging, and soaking in some sun in one of prettiest part of the island then this is where you need to be. This area of Cayman is super quiet and felt like our piece of paradise. Nothing better than grabbing a cup of coffee, walking 50 feet to the water's edge and plopping down in a chair basking in the morning's sun contemplating my next move. Make sure to rent a car and explore the whole island. You can drive or walk down to Starfish point to watch the sun set. Crystal Caves tour. Ocean Frontiers picks you up right outside the condo for Snorkeling and Stingray city. That was the highlight! We drove to 7 mile but it felt so busy compared to Rum Point. We couldn't wait to get back. Make sure to spend a day or two at the Rum Point beach area too. Oh yeah. This condo was perfect for our family. We cooked most of our meals. The Host is super responsive and accommodating too.

We have nothing negative to say about this property. Even our older kids had no complaints which is a huge win in the parenting department! :) It was a perfect experience from beginning to end. The setting is pure paradise and so convenient with amazing food next door as well as a coffee bar. We stayed on Seven Mile Beach the last time we visited and while it was a great time, the idea of going outside of the hustle and bustle was appealing for this trip. The condo was very clean (and I’m very particular) and perfectly stocked with essentials as well as plenty of pool/beach items. The kayaks were a big hit! We also rented a paddle board from the local White Sands Watersports which was nice since they deliver and pickup directly from the condo. Since we love to be outdoors as much as possible we got a lot of use of the screened patio. Especially at night when the mosquitoes came out in full force. We all made use of the hammocks by the water as well as the pool. It was such a treat having so much available just steps away! We’re already talking about plans for a other visit to this property which speaks volumes since we just left yesterday. If you’re looking for a place to unplug this is a great option. We highly recommend booking excursions to stingray city, snorkeling, crystal caves, the blowholes, Spotts beach, the parrot sanctuary and visit Rum Point. We didn’t make it to the botanical garden but heard it’s a must for next time. We’re so glad we rented a car too!

I would give this place ten stars if I could. I have stayed in a lot of condos and this one takes the cake. The owner put a lot of thought into what the guests would need to be comfortable and ready for the island. She left beach towels, beach chairs, rafts for the pool, and the list goes on. We did not have to buy anything. We enjoyed the kayaks! The beds and furniture were comfy. The AC and fans worked great. Everything was very clean. Location was great and the property was nice and quiet. Everyone was friendly. The owner is very responsive and kind. We will definitely be back!! Great experience and highly recommend.

This property was a great start to our trip to Grand Cayman. It is a low calmer and less crowded that the other side of the island. Property was clean and well maintained. Really enjoyed jumping into the Kayaks and going to Star Fish point as well as walking over to Kaibo for meals.

Mai Kai at Kaibo was great. The unit for two couples was perfect and a beautiful setting. Our host Elizabeth was quick to respond to questions and provided excellent recommendations for activities and restaurants.

We loved our stay at this condo! It was super clean and had everything we needed, including beach chairs and towels. Loved sitting on the lanai and enjoying the beautiful view! Communication with the owner was excellent. She had lots of recommendations for snorkeling tours and restaurants. I would highly recommend having a car to drive to other areas of the island and stopping at one of the larger grocery stores before heading to the condo. We had the best time!

We had an amazing stay as 4 adults and one toddler. Location was fantastic and all communication with the hosts was great! Really lovely beds, bedding and towels. Everything was spotlessly clean. Well equipped kitchen and everything well thought out - extras of beach chairs, coolers and toys was great! Close to great facilities of coffee shop and restaurant but really peaceful evenings and at night time. We are already planning our next trip and wouldn’t want to stay anywhere else!

This was our second year in a row staying at Kaibo for Spring Break. We love the area and the units are perfect for a family of four. The unit was nicely appointed and perfectly located near the pool on the ground floor. It was nice to see Rum Point coming along to provide additional food options. We love being able to access many of Cayman's gems near this area, including Starfish Point, Crystal Caves, the Parrot Sanctuary, Queen Elizabeth II Botanic Gardens, and the roadside food stalls near the East End. We stayed on Seven Mile Beach for two nights before coming to Kaibo. While Seven Mile has its appeal, we love the solitude of Kaibo! Thanks for making this great unit available!

I would 100% recommend this condo to friends and family! It is gorgeous, super clean, very well cared for! All the little extras were very helpful. It is ground level. Step outside to the beach and pool. Comfortable beds and furniture. Everything in excellent working condition. Elizabeth was sooo quick and responsive and easy to work with! Hope to return someday!

Mai Kai is in the most special location! Peaceful serene, yet super easy to hop on the water taxi from the Kaibo dock to seven mile. The house was super clean and comfortable for my husband and 2 boys. Thanks Elizabeth!

Our satisfaction was 100%. We traveled with a 2 and 4 year old, and everthing we needed was right there on the property, even sand toys. Elizabeth was always quick and available to answer the few questions that came up. While some development like groceries havent made it to that side of the island, there was so much to do. The beaches are plentiful and not over crowded. Next door at the yacht club offeres a wide array of activities and evenings has live music. I would recommend taking the water taxi to George Town one day, the kids loved it. Thanks Elizabeth for the ability and experience, we look forward to our next adventure in Cayman.

Property was spotless. Elizabeth made some great suggestions about things to do in the area and responded back to my emails almost immediately. The location is perfect or you can walk 40 yards on the beach to the restaurant and have an amazing dinner right beside the ocean. She has two kayaks and they're a great way to get to starfish point but I found starfish in the water in front of the condo. It's a great couples or family getaway spot where you can walk or short drive to everything you need. We'll definitely be back.
