The heat went down in our unit at no fault of the owner. The owner reached out immediately and told us our options. When we opted to stay elsewhere (temps in Detroit were in the negatives), the owner didnt hestitate to refund our money. I highly recommend this owner.

Really nicely decorated and clean. Plenty big enough for 3 of us. Well-stocked kitchen. Walking distance to lots of attractions. Very responsive owner. Our only complaint was that the lights outside were so bright and the blinds didn't block out the light enough. Maybe curtains over the blinds would help.

This property is in a great location and cute as a button. We had some challenges with the heat but Nicole was very helpful. We’d stay again.

I stayed one night with a few friends to see a concert nearby at the Little Caesar’s Arena. It was close to the venue, so that was convenient. All bedding was ready in bags, which made it easy to make up the couches as beds. Very clean place with enough space for us four, and very easy to check-in. I really enjoyed the nice coffee machine with a variety of flavors and creams! Thanks!
