This house is located in extremely quite neighborhood and licensed only for a quite family vacation and/or business trip. Any other activities such party, visitors or any type of gatherings are strictly prohibited. In addition no music can be played outdoors at any time of the day and you can not use the outdoors including the pool after 9:00pm due to a local noise ordinance.
