Open up the sliding glass door just next to the couch for indoor/outdoor living. An expansive Article table and chairs seats 8 comfortably and adds to the seating available in the living room. There are also board games and puzzles available for you to enjoy. Kitchen Bring all the ingredients to make a homemade meal in our newly renovated kitchen. We have every pan and dish you need, along with plate and glassware setting for 12. Bathrooms Both bathrooms are stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash and a hair dryer—no need to bring your own. For your convenience, you will also have access to the washing machine and dryer which is housed in the garage. Other things to note The backyard is currently under construction. We're building a pool, fire pit, and more! We can't wait to open up the backyard, but in the meantime, we hope you enjoy a substantial discount for the inconvenience. Estimate opening is December 2022. The property is equipped with an exterior Ring Door Bell security camera. Cameras are installed primarily as a theft deterrent and to avoid police dispatch. No cameras are placed inside, or with any view of the interior/rear of the property. Security cameras are monitored and recorded to be used to verify compliance with rental policies.
