Beautiful large room. Excellent breakfast. Very close to Heathrow Airport. There's a bus stop just outside the hotel that takes you to the airport in about 10 minutes.

I had a short but delightful stay at this hotel. I checked in early and was surprised that the receptionist at the front desk was able to get me in my room early. He was very kind, thoughtful and pleasant. The room was spacious and well equipped. I really liked the kitchenette. All the staff were pleasant and very helpful. I was particularly impressed with the breakfast, it was plentiful and has varieties. I certainly will stay there again if I’m in that area. Well recommended . The hotel is very close to the airport, great choice if one has an early morning flight. Uber or taxi will cost between 12-15 pounds or the hotel hopper bus if one doesn’t have large luggage, because you’ll have to bring it on the bus yourself

Overall a good hotel close to Heathrow. The room was clean and comfortable. Check in was good, the staff was very friendly and the breakfast was adequate. The shuttle from the airport is a bit challenge; confusing timetable at the airport and it's a long ride through the countryside before you get to the Staybridge (5th stop I think). However, good value and I would recommend.

Great place to stay when you arrive late at night at Heathrow. Dominic and Umair on the front desk were so helpful in the morning when we were trying to organise our hire car. Breakfast was excellent and the room very comfortable.

It was great, having stayed here before lockdown, it’s great to see that the quality and cleanliness has not changed.
Staff are great and overall a very pleasant stay.

The staff in the HI resteraunt and the Sports Bar were very good. Tony was an absolute stand out! Sandra of the morning breakfast crew was so great. The ladies at the front desk were very bubbly and engaging.

We booked at very short notice. The staff were helpful and friendly. We needed the sofa bed made up which was done quickly and we were made to feel it was no trouble. The complimentary breakfast was plentiful.

So close and convenient to the airport for our last night and early flight. Clean and well decorated. The included breakfast was wonderful and the staff were beyond accommodating to help us get our breakfast sorted. They even had gluten free options! Would stay again.

The receptionist's preoccupation during check-in pointed to an inadequate level of service. Additionally, there was only one hand towel and one face towel in the room, which is insufficient for two people.

1) Wi-Fi and the television signals issue in the room
2)wrong room type offered, it took them 6 hours to rectify, literally had a late-night phone call to shift to another room
3) Sad customer service at reception, they don't seem to care how long you are waiting to be served!
4)Doesn't seem like any action taken by the lobby manager either, other than just agreeing to everything about the complaint.

Great location, 10 mins from terminal 5, bus stop just outside the hotel. Busses every 10 mins or so to and from the terminal. Staff were very helpful, reception and particularly breakfast staff. Room was spotless, kitchen facilities good, bed was super comfy, bedding and pillows great quality. Happy customers, will book here again if travelling from/to Heathrow. Adjoining hotel has a bar and restaurant which were both relaxing and the food was good for an airport hotel, service was excellent there, staff were nice, happy and friendly.

To have a shuttle at an airport hotel only run three times a day is ridiculous! On top of that it cost £7 each! We arrived late due to a late flight and there was no food or drinks to be had anywhere! Staff suggested Roman noodles from the dispenser! We finally found a delivery service who delivered food. Certainly not what I would expect from an airport hotel.

Lovely room and plenty of space in the hotel to relax. Staff were friendly at reception too.
Had gluten free breakfast options which was great as I’m a Coeliac. Would visit again.

Overall ok but the unpleasant things are often there were false fire alarm make us panic n also the bathroom got wait n difficult to dry.

The check-in is very smooth. The staff allowed me to check-in about 5 hrs earlier with a small fee. The family room is very clean and spacious. It is very close to all the terminals and the bus-stop is right in front of the hotel. The AVIS/Budger car rental company is at the same location. Very convenient to pick-up and return the car. The car rental company provides shuttle bus to and fro the airport terminals.

Was given an accessibility room, upon requesting a normal room, the front desk advised that there were no free rooms available. However, i could clearly see that I could book rooms online. Front desk didn't help me until the next day of my stay which was annoying as I couldn't be as comfortable as I wanted due to needing to repack and change rooms.

Great hotel, super breakfast, very quiet rooms which were updated and spacious. Only not so good was no cleaning. Apparently on a long weekend stay no one will clean unless you ask for it, except they forgot to tell us. Only very bad: don’t order from the room service, we did and it was disgusting and overpriced.
