Horrible room. Very very tiny. No control of room temp. Lukewarm shower. But just unbearabley small room. My closet at home is bigger.

Nice room physically and good location. But very noisy outside where there is some kind of garbage sorting that lasted for hours and kept me awake. In fact it is 4:00am as I write this and I have been hearing banging and shouting for a few hours. Poor sound installation!

While the staff were excellent, and the location very good, the rooms were tiny. One average sized suitcase would not even fit under the bed ( where you are suppose to store luggage). The room was no larger than a small travel trailer.

Had a great time at Staypineapple in NYC! Our room was small but fun design and thoughtful touches like robes were appreciated. Clean and bright. Super nice staff. Great central location. A+

We loved our stay here! All the extra touches (cookies, snack/drink voucher, refillable and reusable water bottle) is a nice touch. The room was extremely clean and comfortable. Comfy robes are always appreciated too. We even bought the Dash dog for our pup at home. Love that the hotel is eco friendly and gives back to animal shelters! I highly recommend this hotel and will be back for sure!

Our stay was excellent! Definitely one of the more comfortable hotels we've stayed in while visiting the city and will be back! Great location near 9th Ave with the best local food options and close to the Highline. Highly recommend!

My tween daughter and I traveled alone to spend a couple days in NYC. I was a bit nervous since I got a great deal on this hotel during Black Friday deals but the StayPineapple was perfect for us! Staff was so friendly and helpful giving us recommendations for dinner. Room was clean and bed super comfy! Would definitely stay here again.

This is a fabulous hotel in a great location for pounding the streets of NYc. So close to Penn station.
On arrival I was told about all the amenities that were included with the fee and the water and cookies were great.
The rooms are small but that is NYC! Definitely be fine for 2 people. Great bathroom
The bed was so comfortable and I slept really well and didn’t hear any noise from the streets.

This hotel was in a great location within a 10 minute walk to Javits. Also about a 10-15 to Penn Station and Time Square. Hotel is well maintained and very comfortable. I would stay here again!

This was my first stay at this property and it was great. The staff was super friendly and the rooms were spectacular. I'm tri-state and do overnights in the city often and I have now booked this place 4 more times. I couldn't be happier with my stay here.

I was very disappointed to learn upon arrival of an additional fee being assessed. I am familiar with so-called resort fees, but in every case I have encountered one, I have been able to use the amount of the fee to buy things in the hotel. Thus, it has been possible to not feel cheated. In the case of pineapple, the fee was said to cover coffee and water, and there is no restaurant or bar to use the value of the fee in. Absolutely wrong. Absolutely adding on a fee to increase the price of the room. There is no reason to add a fee here. I feel cheated.

All I could ask for in a quick weekend stay. The room was small, as to be expected for Manhattan, but clean, comfortable, and well-apppointed. The view was spectacular, and the location is ideal for anyone coming in via Penn Station. Very worth the price. I would absolutely stay here again.

Rooms are very small, and bed was not very stable. Other than that everything was great. Price for the place and location you can’t beat. Very clean. Free cookies when you checkin, free waters in room, two free items from their snack shop. They really went for the theme, all the way down to the toilet paper. Staff was friendly and helpful.

Although I had a loud vibrating HVAC unit in my room, everything else was great: friendly and helpful staff, very comfortable beds, linen and towels, and the location spot on.

Smallest and cutest room I stayed in. Wonderful review from 23rd floor. A little surprised with $3x resort fee. Did include a snake and unlimited water with the fee.

We had a pleasant stay at Staypineapple. The room was small (to be expected in NY) but more importantly, clean, stocked with towels, and were upfront about the "amenity" charge. Nice touch to have daily coffee & water, and large TV in the room. Staypineapple is a good choice if you're looking for a conveniently located no-frills hotel.

I paid to upgraded my room and recieved a downgrade . Very hard check in process and they do not try to fix or reconcile any problems that occur.

Great location as it is close to Rockefeller Center, Penn Station, Madison square Garden, and Times Square. The street seemed to have more homeless/ “sketchy” people on it than other nearby streets. Not terrible… just an observation. The service was friendly and helpful. They let us check in early and every employee we encountered was just super accommodating and always there to help. The room was small but clean. Comfy bed. Overall we really liked this place!

Hotel is located up a quiet (for new York) street. Very central for excursions and subway.
Staff were very nice
We got a circular voucher on arrival for a free beer or wine but the whole time we were there it was only soft drinks or confectionery.
Bed comfy. Room service every other day.
Only negative was the down and outs injecting themselves literally outside the hotel. We saw several used injections and one guy totally out of it with needle still in his arm.
All in all a good stay but not worth £1600 for 5 nights.

In NYC for a weekend of Christmas shopping. Checked in at 1:00 and left bags. Told room not ready. Check in is at 4:00. That’s fine get back at 4:00 room still not ready. Asked for a room that was ready, was told no rooms available as they had “celebrities” booked that night. We waited 20 minutes in lobby for the room to be cleaned. Received a text the next morning at 8:15am wanting to know what time we were checking out?!? (Check out was at noon.) Room was very TINY but cute decor. Nice shower. We chose this hotel for location.

I can't tell you how clean. If we asked for anything it was brought to us immediately .
