I just stayed one night and requested a late checkout. $20 for 2 extra hours and they charged me for it but neglected to tell the housekeeping staff. Not their fault, but clearly disorganized. I was hoping they would do this for free since the hotel seemed empty. They billed me over $100 more than the total they emailed me after my stay, so hopefully it will be fixed automatically because surely it was not worth $341 for a one night, mid week stay. The hotel itself is fine, feels safe, sheets were scratchy but fine. I was annoyed that the mini fridge door can’t easily open because of the cabinet it’s in, but it won’t kill you. Thanks for providing free breakfast and lemon water! Location is good, walked to frenchifornia bakery, sushiga, and the shopping nearby.

Great hotel! excellent location across from the convention center. We were able to attend a spur of the moment taping of America's Got Talent which was so amazing! The hotel is near an outdoor mall with a lot of different food options and movie theaters. The free breakfast was great and the bar and restaurant area was nice.

A let down in so many ways. Staff friendliness, most of the staff seemed overworked and understaffed. Breakfast was cold and areas were not kept up. My room was cleaned after 5pm and she was still going. Room was cramped by way of design and furniture layout. The was a loud noise and vibrations from hvac. I prefer a hotel without so many pets. Hair everywhere. Some pet owners barely manage their pets.

Overall nice stay, breakfast was good. Only issue as I worked from room was getting bumped off of WiFi over and over one day. I believe it may have been secondary to a conference happening in the lobby. May need to consider upping sim bandwidth.

The best family hotel in Pasadena. Friendly staffs and a great free breakfast for family. You may walk to the main shopping area and restaurants, just out side of the hotel. 30-40 min driving to famous LA attractions including Universal Studio.

Electrical issue in the hotel, not mentioned during the reservation despite it happened before we book. Very very noisy rooms because of the truc in the street providing electricity to the hotel… they didn’t want to explain the issue to me.. I had to investigate by myself

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Hyatt Pasadena, and I must say that it exceeded all of my expectations. From the moment I stepped into the hotel, I was greeted by a warm and friendly staff who made me feel right at home. The hotel itself is beautifully designed and well-maintained. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable, providing a peaceful oasis after a long day of exploring the city. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I slept like a baby throughout my stay. One of the highlights of my experience at the Hyatt Pasadena was the exceptional service. The staff went above and beyond to ensure that my needs were met and that I had a memorable stay. They were always available to answer any questions I had and were quick to offer recommendations for local attractions and restaurants. The location of the hotel is also worth mentioning. It is conveniently situated in the heart of Pasadena, with easy access to shopping, dining, and entertainment options. I enjoyed exploring the vibrant neighborhood and discovering the charm of Pasadena. Another standout feature of the Hyatt Pasadena is the delicious food. The on-site restaurant offers a variety of mouthwatering dishes that cater to all tastes. Very nice hotel. New and modern, with good security measures. Staff is very helpful. My only quibble is with getting coffee. If you don’t get down by 10AM on the weekend, you’re out of luck. I don’t know why it’s so difficult to just have coffee available. I’ll pay for it, I’m not saying I want all day free coffee, but access to coffee would be good. And I don’t understand those round coffee pods in the coffee makers in the rooms. Just put Keurig machines in there and if they get stolen, bill the guest for them. That way if it’s after 10AM and coffee isn’t available downstairs, we can just make it in our rooms if I know in advance you have a Keurig I’ll bring my own pods. It’s such a small luxury but when you’re away from home it’s the small things that make a difference. But really other than that, a lovely hotel, well situated within walking to pedestrian mall area and shopping and convention center.

Was convenient for Rose Parade viewing right around the corner. All requests were handled quickly. Breakfast had a good amount of choices. All staff were pleasant. Our room location was very quiet ( top floor). Only issue was strike going on 2 days which created disturbance in morning & unable to use regular entrance. Hotel services were not disrupted. We enjoyed our stsy overall

We like the Hyatt Place, but usually stay In The Glendale location. The only thing we didnt like in the Pasadena Hyatt is that the breakfast was the same every day. The Glendale location has more variety, more selections and changes the main course every day.

Nice place but way too expensive for what you’re getting. Room service does not come daily. If you want/need clean towels, baskets emptied, Kleenex, bath tissue, you have to find someone and ask for it. The rooms were quite noisy at night. The “restaurant” serves a total of maybe 4 items. 2 you’d consider sides and 2 you’d consider entrees. And the bar prices are ridiculously expensive. The breakfast in the morning is ok.

The breakfast buffet was nice, but there was not enough variety other than the main course (waffles, sausage, the empty pot were the scrambled eggs had run out, and oatmeal. No boiled eggs, or fruit salad, only strawberries black berries, and bananas. Lastly, the lacquered breakfast tables stuck to everything, not a good choice for eating/ serving food.

Our 4 day stay was pleasant, except for the fact that we had no housekeeping. I did request housekeeping services during our stay. I asked the front lobby 2 days out of the 4 for housekeeping and no one came by. Facilities were clean, but not sure I would stay here longer than 2 days.

First I’m glad you offering feedback because I had the most horrific experience. 1st they had a strike marching drums yelling at 8:00am regarding unfair wages and they blocked the front door marching in circles for hours. The manager was incredibly rude to customers as to an alternate way out she told people to go through the door the strike was with no safety way out. The worst was the art on the wall was hard to see but later I noticed it was mixed with a young child appearing to be tortured with focus on eyes and bloody mouth and teeth. I was mortified as I noticed eyes at first but because of the blurry art it was hidden on the art but I’m also iM artist so I have attention to detail and I was deviststed I could not sleep or relax and wasn’t sure to call the police I took photos and sent to the manager with no response but I did not want to be charged for this as I could not support what this room or company purchasing this art work and it was in my room and I had a hard time getting my things together to leave I was shaking in shock .. I do want a refund I can’t pay for any child abuse in any form and a message needs to be clear this is not acceptable and I hope this raises concern. Thank you

Wow! I was so impressed with this property. From the lobby to my room, everything was pristine clean! The staff was very friendly and the breakfast was delicious! Such a great value for the area. I also love that this hotel is dog-friendly. My pup and I will be back again!
