Good location but no facilities

So close to the station and any food places, well equipped, very clean and best of all it has a mini kitchen with its own filtered drinking water. Love this hotel!!

We stayed in a 2 room suite. It was clean and comfortable. The staff was very nice. The location to St. Pancras / King's Cross was wonderful. Their payment policy is different than the States, but it was fine (I just wasn't expecting a hold until our arrival). A great place to stay and I highly recommend and I would stay there again.

The hotel was fine. My room was in the basement. Unfortunately I was bit by bed bugs multiple times during the 1 night of the stay.

Everything had been thought and especially useful was the big area with further catering facilities on lower ground floor. My only tony complaint which i didnt mention at the time was variable tv reception.maybe as in the basement? Bed was exceptionally comfortable. Everywhere spotlessly clean. Staff very welcoming and helped with my luggage. All in all a little gem for the price

The location was great. It was about a 3 min walk to king cross station. The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful. We got to the hotel early in the morning and they held our luggage for us and even brought it up to our room. The room was very clean and quite large (we had the family suite). We will definitely stay here next time!

Very cosy comforatble rooms that are totally newly rennovated and spotlessly clean with everything you need including free snacks and beverages in the mini fridge.
Staff are very helpful and friendly.

Nice and clean, good for family of 5 for a night before heading off on Eurostar. Probably too small for a much longer stay in London. But good for a short stay.

I liked that it's close to King's Cross, though small, the room was enough for me and my family. The only thing that I didn't like was that they did not clean the carpet everyday (I stayed four nights) you could see that it was dirty as days went by. Also, I used the same towel all days, not sure if it was something to do with sustainability or just tbat they didn't change them.

Very close to st Pancras for the eurostar and underground. Room was small. Nice treats in the fridge and a kitchen area downstairs. Good basic hotel and friendly staff

This is hands down the best value for money at Kings Cross.
It's a small and cosy hotel with extremely attentive staff and the rooms are way better than the big fancy hotels in the area.

Cannot fault it! From the moment I walked through the door to check in, it was great.
Staff are courteous and friendly. My room was ready within minutes, even though I was early. The room was spotless and comfortable. What more do you need!?

The staff were amazing they catered to us. Was very helpful to what we needed. We had an issue was very quick to respond and take care of it. I would definitely recommend this Hotel. The beds were very comfortable.

The suites in this location are great for families of 4. We had a great experience. The check in was pleasant. And the check out quick.
They also left some treats and water which was great. The hotel is great and clean. Close to the train station.

Very clean, especially the bathroom! There was a lot of nice tile in the shower and it was spotlessly clean, I was impressed.
The room was not huge, but was fine for our two day stay- the kitchenette was cute and had a mini fridge stocked with a few treats. There were a couple of plates, coffee mugs and utensils, which could come in handy. And there was a sink too, it was great! The bed was comfortable, and again, very clean.
The staff was friendly and helpful, we would stay at the hotel again any time.

We stayed in family room. Rooms are very thoughtful for families with young children. Things like design of lights/filter on the water tap/complementary snacks/beds etc are very convenient for young children. Location is right next to Kings cross which was prefect for traveling on Eurostar!! all sorts of dining in close proximity. Wife told me to give max rating as she very impressed!! We moved over to Hilton for the second part of the trip and that was disappointing in comparison.

This was the perfect spot to stay before an early morning Eurostar from St. Pancreas. Hotel staff were welcoming. Room comfortable, clean and well appointed. Only issue - and not any fault of the hotel - was a soccer match occurring at the same time as our arrival so lots of rowdy fans turning over dustbins as we tried to walk up the street.

My two friends and I stayed in the family suite, which consisted of two twins and one double bed. Although the space was narrow, it was fine as a place to rest our heads before sightseeing. The decor felt new, updated, and modern. Plenty of outlets. They kept it clean at all times. The bathroom was very tiny and the shower got slippery if you weren't careful (definitely not for the mobile challenged), but other than that we loved the location which was convenient to Kings Cross since we were catching a train at the end of our stay. And it was very quiet in the area, despite such a bustling neighborhood. Staff was always friendly to us and responsive to all of our requests.

Rooms were EXTREMELY small (friendly staff understood the problem and moved us later on during our stay, but the room were so small we had to take turn using the room while the spouse waited in the lobby…)

We arrived early left our luggage at the hotel whilst we went exploring. When we returned to the hotel we found we'd been upgraded to a two bedroom .The staff were really friendly and they couldnt do enough for us. Felt really safe and would definitely stay here again.

My mom and I stayed here for one night and it made such an impression. The staff let us check in 40 minutes early after we popped back in from wandering around a bit and it turns out they upgraded our room, free of charge, and moved our bags already to our room! It was so kind and done without us even asking, and it allowed us to get a good night sleep having two rooms for each of us to sleep in. The hotel is also so nice and clean. I definitely will be staying here in the future. Very kind staff in a wonderful location.
