Come già scritto da alcuni ospiti, la villa rende molto di più dal vivo che non in foto. Abbiamo soggiornato per due settimane in 2 famiglie con 2 bambine di 9 e 2 ragazzi si 12/13 anni. Gli spazi interni sono più che sufficienti (4 camere da letto, 2 bagni, soggiorno, sala da pranzo, e cucina). L'esterno è il vero plus: ampia piscina (credo 15x7 ca), un bel giardino con campo da pallavolo, barbecue e forno a legna e diversi angoli dove poter godere del clima molto fresco (grazie alla presenza del bosco dietro la casa) e relax. Ottima base per varie escursioni in zona (la Versilia è a ca 20 min di auto) e/o per sfruttare un periodo di vera tranquillità. I padroni di casa molto affabili e disponibili per tutte le esigenze. Consigliatissimo.

Ubicazione tranquilla e un po isolata, ma casa meravigliosa e ben strutturata. Unica pecca:l'invasione di ragnatele e cimici all'interno della villa. Vicino si trova sia il Pennymarket che l'Esselunga, e un paio di ristoranti in zona. Proprietari seri e disponibili sempre. Per soggiornare 3/4 giorni e approfittare della visita del lucca comics che dista soltanto 3 km, vale veramente la pena.

This is a wonderful property for a family. The pool is fantastic and the villa is set up wonderfully for outdoor living. Being close to Lucca is ideal for short trips out. Luca and Paola were very helpful and amenable.

Very nice house with wonderful pool, very close to Lucca. Lot of space and perfect for big family. We enjoyed every moment!

Wir verbrachten die letzten 2 Juni Wochen in sem Haus von Luca und Paola. sehr angenehme und unkomplizierte Vermieter. unserem Hund Lilly gefiel der grosse Garten sehr. Der Pool ist sehr schön und gepflegt. Auch waren wir von der Lage sehr begeistert, man ist überall sehr schnell. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden was man so braucht, nur die Küche ist etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Alles zusammen gefasst, war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub.

We wanted a villa with a private pool in a great location and it didn’t fail our expectations, in fact it was nicer than expected. The pool and villa are very secluded and very spacious. The hosts, Paola and Luca and their son Matteo, did everything for a comfortable stay , they were very helpful and gave many recommendations for places to go. We visited Pisa, which was 20 minutes away. We went to Florence by train (long trip though, probably best driving to a nearer city close to Florence and then get the train). We also visited the Cinque Terre on the coast (worth a visit) that was an hour away by car and then we took the train. Everything was very straight forward. But most impressive was the town of Lucca, beautiful, enchanting and vibrant. We loved spending our evenings there. So all in all, you will definitely not be disappointed.

Location de bonne qualité, bien située, propre et confortable. La maison est fraîche lors des grosses chaleurs et la piscine parfaite. Le jardin est spacieux et bien entretenu. Les propriétaires sont à notre écoute, très sympathiques. Aucun problème, tout est conforme à l'annonce.

Wir haben den Urlaub sehr genossen, auf dem riesigen Grundstück hat man beste Möglichkeiten um zu entspannen und den Urlaub auch in großer Gruppe trotzdem individuell zu gestalten. Luca und Paola sind sehr nette Gastgeber, die sich um wirklich alles gekümmert hatten. Es gibt ein großes Volleyballfeld, welches man aber auch für Fussballtennis nutzen kann 😉 Luca baute nach einigen Tagen noch eine Tischtennisplatte, ein absoluter Gewinn für dieses Ferienhaus! Der Pool ist super, groß genug und war immer sauber und erfrischend! Die naheliegenden Einkaufsmöglichkeiten (Lucca) und die Autobahnanbindung sind perfekt für Ausflugsziele rund um die Toskana. Können wir nur weiter empfehlen! Vielleicht kommen wir eines Tages wieder !

The location is perfect near Pulla (10 mins), Pisa (20 mins), beach (25 mins), Cinque Terra (1hr) and Florence (1hr). Paola and Luca are very kind. We had a wonderful holiday.

Even though the weather was not great (only two short dips into the cold water) we enjoyed our stay here because it enabled us to visit Pisa, Florence and especially this gem, the town of Lucca. We rented bikes for a few days and on other days we took taxis to go to town or to the station for there are not many buses. The house is spacious, the garden large. If the owners mend some things in the house that need seeing to (as we will advise them to do) it will be perfect for the next guests. We were a bit disappointed to get an extra bill for the heating when we left (deducted from the guarantee-sum). But the balance is: positive!

Maison idéalement située et d'une quiétude rare. Conforme à toutes nos attentes. Un grand merci aux propriétaires à l'image de leur maison.....parfait!

Ci sono più cose che hanno contribuito nel farmi dare un giudizio assolutamente positivo ai (purtroppo) pochi giorni passati in villa: - l'attenzione, la disponibilità e la super gentilezza di Paola e Luca proprietari attenti e simpaticissimi sia con noi che con il nostro cane Gulp. - L'esterno della villa con verde, silenzio, piscina magnifica e zona bbq e forno spettacolari. - L'equipaggiamento dell'interno e in particolare della cucina dove non manca nulla. - La posizione a pochi minuti da Lucca, città incantevole assolutamente da vedere. Un posto che consiglio a tutti e dove tornerò non appena possibile!

Abbiamo soggiornato comodamente in 8 adulti e 2 bimbi di 4 anni per 5 notti. La casa è bellissima e spaziosa. E' dotata di tutto il necessario per soggiornare al meglio. Unico piccolo neo in tanto splendore le reti ed i materassi dei letti un po' vecchiotti. Il giardino è la piscina sono stupendi (le foto non rendono giustizia); c'è anche un campo da pallavolo privato nel giardino sul retro! Il forno ed il BBQ sono perfetti. A 5 minuti di macchina sono presenti supermercati, macelleria e forno (praticamente tutto il necessario). I proprietari sono gentilissimi e disponibilissimi; persone squisite. non esprimo giudizi sulle attrattive turistiche circostanti perché nei 5 giorni ci siamo limitati a vivere appieno la casa e la piscina. Un vero paradiso. sicuramente torneremo.

Propriétaires très sympathiques, à l'écoute, aussi bien lors des différents contacts que durant notre séjour. MERCI ! Les Plus : l'accueil, l'espace aussi bien intérieur (4 chambres et 2 salles de bain, grand salon salle à manger, ...) que le très grand terrain clôturé et bien entretenu, l'immense piscine, le stationnement des véhicules dans la propriété, le cadre (dans la nature, au calme), les équipements (cuisine et électroménager, TV, Wifi, dépendance pour la machine à laver, ...), la terrasse et l'espace repas (ombragé, barbecue, ...), l'entretien général de la maison, la situation (proche de Lucca qui à elle seule mérite plusieurs visites, à 25 minutes de PISE et 50 minutes de Florence avec un accès facile à l’autoroute, à 35minutes des plages comme celles de Viareggio ou Forte Dei Marmi, ...), le rapport qualité/prix de la locationau printemps. Les Moins : aucun par rapport au descriptif tout à fait fidèle à la réalité et à nos attentes. Bilan : Séjour exceptionnel (une semaine fin Avril) pour découvrir la Toscane (Lucca, Pise, Florence, Sienne, la côte Toscane, ...) grâce à la gentillesse des propriétaires et à la qualité de leur maison. Si le temps n'était pas au beau fixe durant notre semaine, il n'estompera pas l'excellent souvenir de notre séjour à San Cerbone. Un conseil : Il faut y aller, réserver sans aucune hésitation, n'attendez plus !

Nella realtà la casa è ancora meglio di quanto le fotografie mostrino. Bella in inverno figuriamoci d'estate. Il proprietario, Sig. Luca è una persona gradevole e molto disponibile. Soggiorno breve ma intenso con tutta la mia famiglia e seguito, otto adulti. Siamo stati bene, ambiente da consigliare per famiglie o gruppi di amici. Francesco B.

Nous avons passé un séjour formidable à San Cerbone! La villa est superbe et richement équipée. Les propriétaires sont très serviables et fort sympathiques. Ils ont volontiers répondu à bon nombre de nos sollicitations et nous ont communiqué de bonnes adresses. Seul bémol : les lits à ressort...fort bruyants! Allez-y vous passerez du bon temps.
