Nestled in Riomaggiore, this attractive condo for R 3,524 per night is a fantastic choice for your next break. This flat is situated on 2 floors and can host up until max 6 people with its 3 confortable bedrooms. IMPORTANT NOTE ON RATES: The price you will get from Homeway is referred to the first floor only (4 pax) while if you wish to rent both floors you should consider a 30% higher price. If you are 2 and just wish to rent the second floor you can consider a 30% lower price. Final cleaning fees should be paid on site at arrival (60 euros for one floor or 80 euros for both floors rentals). Flat description: The flat , which has been recently renewed (2012) is located in a typical local house in Riomaggiore historical downtown. It is 300 meters from the sea. The first floor has a living room, 2 bedrooms and bathroom. The second floor has a small living room with kitchenette, a bedroom and another bathroom. The 2 floors can be rented together (for 5 or 6 people) or separately (first floor only for 4 people or second floor only for 2 people). The privacy is 100% guaranteed in all cases. Starting on the 2015 season we also have a small 'secret' garden for our guests. It is between the house and the mountain, confortable and nice with its orange, tangerin and lemon trees. It will be possible to spend here a few relaxing moments during your holiday. The garden will be available for those groups renting the first floor or both floors together and we will only request a small additional amount for the final cleaning (of course, only for those people who will like to use it). Our rates are referred to the first floor part only: please read carefully on the notes below the price list the additional info for the second floor only or for the whole flat. The apartment is a few minutes walking from the railway station or from the car parking. We advise our guests that it is strongly recommended to arrive by train and to leave the car at La Spezia railway station parking as the car is not useful at 5 Terre (where you can go by train, by boat or even on foot across all the villages). Riomaggiore is only 8 minutes by train from La Spezia and the parking in La Spezia is far cheaper than in 5 Terre.

Me, my wife and our two kids stayed at this property. It was great for what we needed which was: enough beds/bedrooms, a kitchen, bathroom and being close to things in town. Not a ton of bells and whistles but we didn't want/need them. Very small but we were fine with that. Also, other tenants have mentioned the stairs and they may be an issue for some people. Then again, if you have issues with the stairs, you're probably going to have issues with the entire town. Great location. Great communication. Great price. Would definitely recommend!

We love Riomaggiore! The villa was nice, but the communal space was small. Lots of stairs to get to the villa, so pack light! Bathroom was an interesting configuration without a shower stall on the main floor. The church bells in the morning were delightful.

This is a lovely property for a skinny family of no more than 4. The steps are tall. The shower/bath is small and set up in way that requires showering while sitting. The toilet is wedged between the "tub" and sink and requires care if you need to sit and you are average size or bigger. The host was amazing and helpful.

We stayed here with our 2 teenage grandsons. Check-in was super easy and Miss Giai was great, such a nice sweet lady! It is not quite as far uphill as I thought it was based on other reviews. This is a quite area and if you walk just a few feet further up from here, you are at a great overlook with benches and a restaurant or two. One tip - going straight up the main street watch for the wide set of stairs to the left of the road(20-30 foot wide) get on those stairs, they run beside the road and then turn uphill to the left. When they end, look up to the left for the Post office which just has a small brown(?) sign with a P or PI on it it. Wait on Miss Gaia right there, as the apartment is right there by it. The apartment had good air conditioning and does have wifi. We would definately stay here again.

We feel so fortunate to have found Guiliana’s spotless and cozy apartment in Riomaggiore. The location was perfect for our week long stay - close to restaurants, shops, and the laundromat! We were able to walk to the train in under 10 minutes. The apartment is small and traditional and well maintained. We felt like part of the family in the building and in the town. Trekking to each of the towns in the Cinque Terre was so easy from this location, whether we went by boat, train, or hiking trail.

We had a great stay in Riomaggiore and the location of the rental was great. It would have been nice to have Wifi to plan the rest of the trip and the bed on the second floor was very uncomfortable but other than that it was a nice spot to spend a few days. Thanks!

The location was absolutely prime!! Right in an amazing part of town and more than enough room to accommodate my group of friends, 6 of us total. Would definitely recommend! So grateful to our hosts for allowing us such a great stay

The property is as stated on the VRBO webiste. The location is quite a climb from the train station. After walking all the way up to the rental location, we learned that there is an "elevator" that we could have used! This would have been extremely useful as we had luggage, it was very hot and we were very tired upon arrival. Also, please note that the showers in the rental are VERY tiny. Besides these two inconveniences, the place was wonderful. We stayed here with our 4 young adult children and we had a most amazing time. Gaia was very nice, friendly and helpful. We enjoyed chatting with her upon arrival. The views are spectacular and our 2 day stay in Riomaggiore was well worth the climb!!!!!

Well-appointed 2-story flat just steps off the main drag in Riomaggiore. Good view. High floor provides nice breeze, but AC also does the job. Friendly owner and host. Highly recommend.

Apartment was very nice. Host was friendly and very kind. Bathrooms were a bit tight but bedrooms were spacious. We rented both apartments which consisted of 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. There was a balcony in the upstairs bedroom.

The location of the property was close to the central area in Riomaggiore which was nice. Amenities were a bit lacking, particularly the bathroom. The bathroom was very small, especially the shower. We had to sit in the tub in order to shower and there was no shower curtain so water would get everywhere. The hot water took a while to heat up and was often on and off. Also, one of the rooms didn’t have a doorknob on the inside so I got locked in when I accidentally closed it all the way. Other than that, it was a fairly average place to stay.

Publicité mensongère, nous avons pris l’appartement pour la localisation, mais aussi pour le jardin, au moment de l’arrivée, pas de jardin? Évidemment j’envoie un message à la gérante. Et elle me dis qu’il fallait payer 20€ en plus pour avoir un jardin. Alors que Gaia qui nous a accueilli nous a dit qu’il été en rénovation. Bref je conseille vraiment uniquement pour la localité.

Perfect spot to explore CT, and you could just stay in Riomaggiore if you want.There's a great steakhouse and a Michelin restaurant down in the harbor.The property itself is perfect. We didn't REALLY need the downstairs, but it was nice to have two bathrooms I suppose.WiFi would be nice is my only suggestion.
