I only stayed 3 days out of 6 days paid and the hotel didn’t wanted to refund the unused days. That’s unacceptable! Nobody from the Hotel took the responsibility of this.

I recently stayed at Hotel Casa Inn in Querretaro and had a fantastic experience. The property is beautiful, clean, and modern. I loved their 1pm check-out option, which allowed for a more relaxed morning. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Querretaro.

Convenient location, cozy bed, rude staff, nobody speaks English weak shower with leaks, disappointing breakfast. Breakfast waiter Jaun Salazar practically made every morning miserable for us, he should not be working with people.

I did not like the arrachera meat. It wasn't real meat. It was cultured meat.

Room 205 smelled like sewage the whole night. At first we thought it was just a temporal
Smell but it was a nauseating smell that lasted until we left this morning at 5:30am

We really enjoyed our stay. The facility was clean and appeared up to date. Staff was very friendly and helped with transportation arrangements. The most impressive part of our stay is when several staff members helped us look for an item our grandson had lost. This was very caring of them. If ever back in the area, i would stay here again!

the food was expensive and not even good and the point of getting this hotel was because on the website it said airport shuttle. got to the hotel and no shuttle

the hotel was great. I was told there was a shuttle, but there wasn’t, but they got me a taxi paid for the breakfast to be included with room. That was a waste of money. They only had a couple of things and food wasn’t that good really

We were firstly check-in a room that was used and not clean, and then we got another room without any apologize. The swimming pool should be warm but it was cold that day. The tables and floor of swimming pool sitting area was not clean the next morning time. There were popcorns and foods on the floor.

I usually stay at this hotel when I come to Queretaro for business because it is really close to my office. However, this time around the cleaning service was very lacking. I stayed for one week and on three different occasions the the cleaning lady did not leave any towels. On two, she left no coffee. The showers desperately need to be maintained as the shower heads spray water all over the place. The towels need to be replaced also as they are extremely worn and old. Not sure if I will be staying here again....

Casa Inn is located off the highway within 20 minutes of Queretaro airport. I chose it for convenience since My flight came in very late, too late to go on to San Miguel d'Allende. It fit the bill in every way.

Not a fan of modern open design without a proper door for the bathroom, especially if you are not traveling alone.

Le hace falta algo de mantenimiento al hotel, me tuvieron que cambiar de cuarto ya que en el primero el aire acondicionado no estaba funcionando, tienen algo de desprendimiento de pintura por la humedad y las sabanas estaban algo manchadas. Sin embargo el personal muy amable

The hotel is great for business travels. It has all you need. The breakfast buffet wasn't that good. But it is what you pay for. The staff is super nice and tray to accommodate any request.

Hotel is absolutely gorgeous, I have a quaint rustic feel to it. Perfect place if you’re on a business trip and you want some peace and quiet after a long day, or even bed for a couples getaway on a romantic weekend. Definitely will stay here again whenever I am in the city.

Good property for a quick stay before airport. Only complaint is noise. Neighbors not so quiet at first. The rooms are smaller than you think they are. Remote control was given to us but did not work the TV. Front desk staff were kind and helpful with luggage. Unable to use airport shuttle due to time of our flight in early Ann. We used Uber but front desk said they would help with taxi if needed. Overall, very clean and well managed hotel. Room service was quick! I would stay again!
