This is a great place to stay. Comfortable, and delicious breakfasts. Was conveniently located too. Employees are wonderful.

We did not have hot water!

I was a little bummed that the pool and hot tub weren't working, but I understand why. (Pipe burst.) Other than that, the little fridge in my room needs recalibrating, as it wasn't very cold. When I first walked in, it was opened, which caused the "freezer" part to thaw.
Also, the spray from the shower head is so wide that even with the curtain closed, it would create a pool of water on the floor. I had to use a towel to soak it up each time I showered.
Other than these two minor issues, the room was great and the hotel was quiet. Thank you.

I was very disappointed to learn on arrival that the pool and hot tub were nonfunctional. It’s the only reason I booked a room at this hotel. And no compensation was offered.

The man who works with the breakfast is very good. I also like the room design, especially bathroom design. The only thing I don’t like is the sound of closing doors, too loud. Other than that, everything is great!

The breakfast on the first morning was terrible. It was cold, and the worst i have had at a Holiday Inn Express. Our room temperature control was also messed up. When it was set at 69 degrees, it got to over 80 degrees. We had to set it to 63 degrees in order to make it comfortable.

The staff at this location were PHENOMENAL! Every one of them went out of their way to ensure their guests were taken care of. Friendliest, genuine and most caring staff we have experienced in all of our hotel stays. Kudos to your team!

We asked for 2 beds but only had 1. My son decided he didn't care so we didn't even mention it and just made due.

The hotel, surrounding area, and staff are all terrific here. It's clean and close to everything we needed. The checkin is always smooth and friendly with the same nice lady every time. Great breakfast too!

We enjoyed breakfast every morning, for 4 days. And coffee available all day. The staff was very nice and helpful. And the other guests were so nice and friendly. I was invited to sit and have breakfast with other guests, all of whom were there for high school graduations as were my husband and me. A great choice!

AC/fan in the room was loud and chugging and I didn’t realize daily housekeeping is a thing of the past but overall, a nice stay.

W stay about 3 times a year. Convenient location. Very warm friendly staff, clean, comfy bed, roomy, good breakfast. Highly recommended!!!

I love just about everything about this hotel. Things work as they should, including the hot tub (which seems to be non-functional at so many hotels). The rooms are spacious, clean, and modern, with plenty of plugs and USB ports. The breakfast is generally great. My impression is that this hotel is very well run.

The room was nice, the beds were very comfortable. Normally we enjoy the breakfast at holiday express, but this time there was a school college team there, so it was crowded, no fault of the hotel

Typical hotel stay. Not bad but not exceptional either. Breakfast was all the usual fare. Rooms were clean and beds were clean. Pool area was small and got crowded pretty quickly. Good for a quick overnight stay. There were several restaurants nearby and downtown was just a few minutes away.
