Only there for a few hours staff were very helpful and happy meal in restaurant was excellent looking forward to next visit in 4weeks time

Good comfortable hotel. Not a lot around the hotel, but if you need a comfortable bed, access to reasonable food and drinks this is a very good option and on the night I stayed reasonably priced.

Amazing nights stay at the Leonardo. No issues checking in early with lovely friendly front desk girls. Room was large, comfortable and clean. Bonus touches were the complementary drinks and 20% off food, also a free mini bar in the room! The hotel is ideal for the Wyvern theatre. 5 min walk away. We paid a great price for this room and was happy with all of it!

Booked an executive room and it was lovely. Bed was so comfy and the little extras were great. Breakfast was excellent, loads of choice. No complaints at all and would def stay again. Highly recommended 👍

Will definitely stay here again. The room was spoilt less and I would highly recommend the breakfast- yummy!! Just be warned regarding the parking; make sure you are in a designated space or you could be fined a £100. The receptionist made sure we knew of this and made sure we signed in to pay the £6 parking fee.

Efficient, comfortable and relaxed hotel for business stay or leisure/tourism, latter where picturesque base is not important and you have access to car or will use public transport.

Initially we had requested a quiet room, but that wasn't provided. We were then given a couple of other rooms but still either overlooking the road or were by a generator. The last room we were given was perfect. 6th floor overlooking the back. We had a great night's sleep. Very comfortable. I'm just glad the hotel wasn't full so we were able to be given what we had initially asked for.

Stayed in Swindon to travel to Bath to watch some rugby. We arrived about 10am from Newcastle, parked at the discounted car park which is about a 3 minute walk away. Fortunately our room was available so we had the opportunity to wash, change etc. The young lady who checked us in was so friendly and helpful. The room was immaculately clean, and the bed very comfortable. Check out was quick and efficient, which is when the parking discount was validated. Will definately stay again. Excellent.

Run by a very friendly team who really try to make an effort and in a quiet location. We stayed for one night and it was very pleasant. However some minor irritations. Breakfast is very high sugar so it’s all small packets of crunchy nut cornflakes etc. and low quality bread. It would have been nice to have some healthier choices. Also, although there was a kettle and a coffee machine in our room there was no milk and the machine leaked.

Easy check in, very friendly and professional staff. Easy to approach for help with questions, hotel smelt amazing! I actually want to wear the smell! Extremely clean, room was easy to find, beds comfy. Menus for the restaurant in room, also room service available with some items on the menu 24/7, did I use it...? Yes, sweet and spicy pizza - buy it!!

Great place to stay with reasonable rates.

Convenient hotel, with great staff. Room was a good size and the bed was really comfortable, and everything felt clean. Major downside was the complete lack of soundproofing, which meant I could hear phones ringing and people laughing in other rooms, which really makes you feel like you have no privacy, and every noise in the corridor from 6am onwards wakes you up. Also lack of shower pressure - it was more difficult than it should have been to do basic things like wash shampoo out of my hair. Effort has obviously been made to give the main areas a facelift, but the rooms feel tired and in need of some TLC. However, within the limits of a tired hotel, it is managed well, and I would on balance be ok to stay there again.

No pillow / mattress protectors and badly stained quilt!

The location is convenient for the Town, Railway station, and about a 10/15 minute walk from the Designer outlet, using the tunnel walkway. The price of the food and drink is what you would expect for the type of hotel, considering the meals we all had, we found them a bit Sparce on content, but were nicely cooked. The staff were very helpful and could not do enough for you. I had a problem with my room and was allocated another straight away. The bathroom was worn but, everything worked and the shower was very good. The shower curtain was the main problem not fitting the bath properly, the evidence on the surrounding floor and sealant was a give away, but then any hotel has the odd problem. The Breakfast was excellent with a good choice of everything ,in my opinion. Overall though I would stay again.

Everything that we wanted, clean room, modern decor, great breakfast all at an excellent price. The local area is not great, but the hotel completely fulfilled the purpose of our visit
