Saw Creek Estates is surrounded by our private lakes, world class amenities, woods with the trout filled Saw Creek. 12 Amenity badges will be offered. If lost or not returned upon checkout, there will be a fee of $50 per tag. Grocery stores are a short drive from the community and there is plenty of space to store any food and drink as you hunker down and enjoy some time away. Our driveway can fit up to 5 cars. Any vehicle without all wheel drive may have difficulty with the inclined driveway and therefore should use the opposite entryway to avoid any difficulties. Noise level: We use smart home technology to improve your experience. NoiseAware is a smart home device that measures volume levels throughout the property, and allows us to respond to noise nuisances without disrupting your stay. NoiseAware is privacy compliant and is required on this property. If more than the number of booked occupants are detected by neighbors or outside cameras, the stay will be immediately terminated and no refund will be issued. No cameras inside. - Please return all 10 amenity badges upon check out. There will be a fee of $100 per tag is not returned . -ALL Trash should be placed in bags, and disposed of at Trash Compactors. Trash compactors are located adjacent to the Member Services Building and also at the Mill Pond Townhome entrance. If any trash bags are left behind, there will be an extra charge of $25 to remove. - No smoking of any kind inside the house -$250 fine if detected. - No more than the number of guests booked ON PREMISE at any time: $200 fine per person detected. -If there is anyone under 18 yrs in group, primary renter must be 25+. - Please remove shoes - Quiet hours from 10pm to 8am(50 decibels). - Primary renter must have valid govt ID, phone number and address on file. - We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. There will be a minimum $100 handling fee for returning requested items to you. Shipping and packaging will be charged at cost. Items will be kept for 5-days. After which time they will be donated at management discretion. - Unfortunately, we do not allow late checkout to respect our cleaner's schedules. A fine of 50% of the upcoming night's stay will be imposed for a late checkout between 30 minutes and 2 hours past checkout time. Any checkout beyond 2 hours late will be charged at 2x the upcoming night's stay.

This property has the potential to be a decent place, but the owners need to do a thorough cleaning of the property, fix the broken stairs, replace the fridge with broken shelving, and much more. The driveway is EXTREMELY dangerous to pull in or back out and should be leveled out for safety matters. There also were raccoons in the attic and sounded like one got in the walls. The trampoline that’s shown in the photos is completely broken; please DO NOT let your children get on it! The pool table advertised is in the basement area that feels less than desirable and should be finished off. The drop tiles in the ceiling of the basement bedroom with the bunk beds were falling out. There were white stains on the blue sofa in the family room area. We weren’t able to watch anything on the tv in the family room. And the deck around the house is very uneven and not safe to walk around on.

There's a camera, which isn't disclosed in the description so that's deceiving. In the description it mentions 12 badges any missing you will be charged 50 a piece, and further in the description it says 10 and you will be charged 100 for each missing badge, there was only 8 and we never used them. There's obvious scum 4 ft up the walls all throughout the house. We rented this house solely for the pool table, ping pong table and other games offered. The pool table was shoved in this disgusting room with exposed insulation, pool table was wobbly, 3 pool sticks un useable 2 missing tips and 1 taped together. The ping pong table was broken, the supports were ripped out of the table and the next wouldn't stand up because there was no supports for it, was like a floppy noodle. The ottoman had games but they were all dumped together and I'm not taking my vacation time to correct things that should be 100 percent functional especially when that's what is selling the house. Nails popped up in the kitchen floor ripping 2 socks volume doesn't work on most TV's because roku is hooked up and not volume equipped. Dishwasher was never hooked to the counter so there is a 3 inch gap to look at, the deck hasn't been power washed in years it has black and green scum all over it, something was previously cooked and spilled in the stove and never cleaned. A person showed up unannounced claiming to be a TV repair guy bringing a HDMI cable to fix the volume issue, which isn't going to fix it because it needs a universal remote. Overall I am unhappy my children got shorted from a great vacation. There's many other great homes in Saw Creek and this one missed the expectations by far. I have been here 3 times and I know how great the homes can be. This one the owner doesn't take the pride in like the other homes do and for almost 1g for fri sat and leaving by 11 Sunday, I was completely ripped off
