Ca nu ne a așteptat nimeni la recepție,eram ca la noi acasă,proprietarul mie nu mi a răspuns la telefon, ia raspuns sotului.A zis sa luam din cutia care era la întrare cheia de la camera 10 și cam atât. Într un final ne am intilnit cu camerista la bucătărie unde ne am dus sa bem o cafea cum scria pe site. Surpriza...nu era aparatul de cafea cum apare pe site ul proprietății. Și cind l am sunat sa I spunem ca nu e căldură în camera ne a zis ca o reglează din telefon. Și a reglat o din părți. Mergeau decât 2 elemenți. În fine dimineața am lăsat cheia în ușă ca nu venise camerista și cutia de afara avea seif

Room was not cleaned once in 4 days. Also air and bed quality were mediocre at best.

Good location and the room was fairly good and had good equipment even though it was only an economy room (water heater, tea & coffee available, TV and fridge). If the bathroom was cleaner and more well-taken care of, the price would be very reasonable.

The bathroom was not very clean and the shower cabin had mold in it. On top of the that, the shower kept flooding in every time. Additionally, the lack of a parking lot did not impose a problem since we were the only ones in, but could represent an issue during high season.

the room was spacious and with a nice bathroom. it was clean and comfortable. close to the mountains but quite a walk from the Main Street especially with your bags. it was quiet at night.

I had a hard time communicating with staff and receiving instructions for check in as well as information on how to pay as I didn’t not see an employee during my stay at all and when I asked about payment I initially received no reply and had to follow up the next day

The best location with mountains nearby and rope car to the mountains were also just beside the hotel . Really hospitable and the receptionist was really kind and humble as well ... have good value for money

The room was clean and with an excellent view Cozy and warm (heating was working) during the autumn days. Friendly staff service

The manager of the location was nice though and when we complained of the faults and asked to leave early, he accepted so I paid only one of the booked nights, as would have been expected.

The place is at the very end of town, so far from any points of interest. But the worst was the room itself, more precisely the leaky bathroom. That caused us to leave the room early. Also, there is no staff on location that can help, as they do everything, like check-in, by phone.
