So so

The location the lobby was very shady they had a vending machine for beverages. When it came to food information they had none was told to use Uber eats.

I canceled the room because

all bad Room had dog hair all over was disgustingly dirty this place should be condemned was charged twice then had to fight to get it reversed and still didn’t get all the money back I wouldn’t let my dog stay there avoid this place

It's an average hotel, if you are there for work whole day then use the room to take rest at night.

There is no one to assist you with your check in. I booked at 11pm arrived at 12am and they told me I missed my check in. They took my money no refund!!! it is not fair. Apparently this is the way they scam people!

Do not stay at Extended stay!

I thought the location would be convenient as it's close to the 101.

I am sorry to say we have never had a more disappointing experience. Our room was so bare we had not even a lamp on the nightstand. We had no working TV for a full 24 hours and we began asking for one first thing. The staff at night is to say the least unpleasant and unaware she should be awakened after 9pm. I actually saw a resident leave rather than wake her up when he forgot his key!? We received no resolution to the TV issue until I personally pushed the TV stand out into the hall so an employee could exchange it with another room at 6pm the day after we checked in! Let's discuss the noise we also had to try and sleep through. The people directly above us had four young children that among other things we're riding their bikes throughout the evening and early morning along with running and jumping of course. We were not given even a late check out to compensate for this nasty experience. They treated us poorly and I could not help but think it was because we had woken the night clerk to originally check in! I cannot recommend ANY reason anyone should stay here. Unless you like body hair, food crumbs and stains in your room don't count on their cleanliness either. See pictures of the filters from our AC unit and the bathroom... gross.

Good stay !!

Room was nice and clean , Place was quiet during the day and even at night. they are pet friendly so my dog was able to stay with us and the vending machine was thankfully cheap and a reasonable price! Lastly, The price for the stay is cheap and they even let you pay for extra says of you want to stay longer even!!

They only have one set of towels in the room without extra ones like usual, and they have a $25 pet fee

I guess I had no idea what these places are like. I thought it was like a hotel not what I expected. These places are for people who have no other home it seems. Smelled pot everywhere run down facility

I will stay at a normal hotel next time. This was my fault I guess but just not very clean and the people who stay there where just odd.

Looked alright

1. The staff didn’t know what they were doing, roomy my payment, then checked me into an occupied room, then told me to find another hotel because they were fully booked. 20 minutes later received a call stating the mistakenly placed me in the wrong room. Was a terrible experience and having to find a room in the middle of the night was a pain. 2. The hotel smelled heavily of weed, not a problem for everyone but still not something I like.

The price was average

Water leaked from bathroom vent. Old soap in shower all along top. Toilet did not flush. Bed very uncomfortable. Room smelled like heavy smoke.

Nothing at all everything is so bad, the beds are for a single person, the rooms looks dirty and old, this is the worst hotel I HV stayed in since my childhood

Worst and worst hotel I HV booked ever since my childhood, rooms are dirty and old, u can't get an extra bedsheet until after 1pm, the beds are for one person, the beds are metallic they make noises while sleeping, wen u reach the reception u hv to call for someone to help u or check u in, so bad experience

it was old, smelled of smoke, people hanging around the parking lot, site said new hotel and only thing new was the floor. I felt so uneasy and not safe at this location. I looked out the window people outside window. I had to leave and find another hotel and booked at the Hilton Hampton and was safe. never would trust the website saying hotel was new!!! was told it wax the homewood prior

It had a kitchen.

Unlike the rest of the Extended Stays I've stayed at this one in particular did not provide any dishes or anything for the kitchen, not even a coffee pot.

This is the worst place I’ve stayed in. The room had a full size bed! Dusty, other people’s hair. This was so bad. I didn’t stay. I just wasted $160. Terrible.
