We were given complete instructions about use of everything. Bed was extra comfortable, cleanliness was on the highest level.
The tank with fishes was not so clean. And the radio can work only when some lights are off, because of some disturbings with signal.

The space is very large, very comfortable, with complete facilities, quiet, cool, very clean, very private space, a good place for vacation and leisure.
Parts of the spa tub need repairs

Very pleasant experience, the spa is very good, there is an independent private space, the swimming pool, sauna are great, the bedroom is soundproof, very quiet, all facilities are complete, recommended experience!
Everything was fine and the service staff were great and helped us a lot!

amazing facilities, very clean and well presented.
nice gym nearby, and a short ride to Central Pub
it was a little too warm inside the bedroom as the a/c couldn’t quite keep up with the demand.
besides that, amazing value.

My second stay in this apt.
I was accommodated again to check in earlier than expected. I was welcomed and helped with luggage.
Rada was there once again, welcomed me warmly, and remembered details and my special requests from my previous stay-such a lovely person - makes you feel like at home.
Clean,immaculate like last time.
Again, 10+ and highly recommend.

This apartment does not deserve 10/10 grade. Better grade would be 15/10 or even more. I haven't stay in such app yet although I travel a lot. You have a private steam and IR sauna and Jacuzzi with warm water, bubble bath and massage, with a TV next to it. Next to your bed there is an aquarium so you can watch fish. The house has also a swimming pool and another set of saunas and Jacuzzi.... Free parking, easy to find, and FREE minibar... Wonderful, really a relaxation after a long working day. App was super-clean.
App does not have sink large enough to comfortably brush your teeth. Anyway, who cares about sink if you have the best bathroom in a whole city....

Everything was perfect. Except for the one negative that really put us off.
There wan no ac in the bedroom and the windows on the roof were closed because of rain incoming. So at night we were absolutely boiling and couldn't sleep from how asphyxiating it was.

Great experience at this apartment!! The Jacuzzis and sauna was absolutely amazing. It was the best experience in Belgrade to be honest! Will surely come back

The facilities are perfect. A small water paradise to say the least. Be it romantic evening or lazy leasure day - it's your best choice.
The host is very welcoming. Easy to check in and she also helped us with the taxi to the airport (very early checkout).
They're doing their best to keep it clean.
It's pretty far from everything (airport is closer though) so you're forced to use a taxi. And taxi hauling apps in Belgrade aren't quite pedictable. You can sit 10 minutes waiting for the driver to take your order, sometimes there aren't any cars at all.
The rooms are pretty small to stay long. If you're planning on spending only evenings here while exploring the city during the day - it's good and comfy. If you intend to work remotely - like I did - expect to be bored pretty soon. And the neighbourhood doesn't feel comfortable to walk a lot outside.
First floor, small windows near the ceiling, don't expect a view.
A small downside for me was the exchange rate when you pay (they don't use bank rate by default and calculate using their own rate). But after a short discussion with the host it all turned out good - we used the correct rate and the sum was closer to the one on Booking. (Mind the city tax, though, it's a normal practice here.)

Everything was amazing: location, stuff, facilities. Honestly I’ve never see apartment like that. Better than on pics. Highly recommended!
