Cleanliness and behaviour

According to my booking, charges was 550 to 650 rupees with tax but they charged me 1000 rupees.

Nice behaviour by staff, Reasonable price, Good management.

I like the location and hotel cleanness.

I don't like the behaviour of staff there way of talking is very harsh like we are staying in there free and firstly they are telling something and the time of checkout they are telling something.

1.We were charged extra money 2. The reception staff was arrogant with a bad attitude. 3. Poor , bad, unexpected ,worst service in my life. 4.The room was unhygienic, the bad sheet was not changed from some days.the room was including bathroom full of hair. 4. Land line was not working.there is no toiletries even no hand wash in bathroom. A lot I can adress but nothing can be done. I am disappointed regret why I choose bookin.dom instead of others .
