Views, nature, sometimes privacy

Listing is missing 2 main details: 1) No AC in whole house, that's something that should've been mentioned in listing 2) house is not secluded with private property, beach that you see on photos is "public" beach and anybody can come anytime, we were looking to book private property just for us, and that's how this one looks on booking.com , there should be disclosure in description that beach is public. We've had people coming with dogs without leash, old people being topless on the beach thinking its secluded there isn't anybody there... If this was mentioned in description, a lot of people would either booked something else, or be fine with it. With these inconveniences, it makes this property not worth the money we paid($2,300.00 for 5 nights) while we looked up dates right after our stay, 5 night stay would cost $1,300.00 so we kind of feel ripped off too.
