Accueil antipathique, lit d’appoint pas digne de s’appeler un lit, sommier en contreplaqué et couverture en guise de matelas, déplorable et super inconfortable.

staying there is like being in a fish ball, you would not feel like on vacation. you would feel like you are in prison. the security was strict and that’s good BUT not to the point that they come up to you while you’re in the lobby and ask you to sit somewhere! one of us took rubbish out on the same floor (not on the lobby or anything exposed to public) he wasn’t wearing a shirt because he just came out of shower & was fined 1000pesos! we were not informed of that either. we were informed by a piece of paper slid under our door as we arrive back in our room. I will post here the letter that we received, it was a shock to us and it ruined our stay. reception wasn’t very helpful upon our arrival, only one person dealing with lots of inquiries. NOT COMING BACK for sure! if I could give below ZERO rate I would. Not worth it staying there! you are better off somewhere! utterly disappointed considering they hv “nice” photos on booking.com very misleading.

I guess it’s close to a business area.

Nothing really great about the property. Building is ok. Nothing to write home about. But I guess that’s what you get with a medium range Airbnb kind of stay.

The place is nearby from everything like Seven Eleven, Restaurants, Mall and the basic needs for everyday.

The awesome garden and skyline view from balcony!

Worth it and the price ks reasonable

accessible, clean, quiet, good design, the house appliances working, AC and everything os functional plus the balcony is awesome

The balcony all heats coming from the AC is so hot you cant stay long if if turn on.

I like the location at ut is near century mall

The security policies, only one access card comes with booking even if i have declared 2 guests. For each additional access card we need to pay 300 Php. Which is weird because we already declared 2 guests during booking. The security personel scrutinizes people with no card even if you are a guest.

It could have been better

I like the location -very convenient .

The 1st room has pest control issues. We requested to be transferred after discovering it. It was accommodated but the room where we transferred to has pest control issues as well. We cannot do the treatment because of the babies. We did our own spraying during the duration of our stay which is almost a month.

Value for money. Excellent location

The property is in a good location. Accessible to all markets and transports. Our room was on the 54th floor and the views were breathtaking

There is no support from reception or the agent whatsoever. After getting the key you cannot contact them at all. The room was outdated. The bedsheet had a big stain on it. Two cockroaches were spotted in the room

Location is in the heart of the city.

The unit that we were in has a lot of German cockroach (tiny cockroaches). Even after the host sent someone to spray them out, they still remain & cockroaches comes out every night. The unit needs fumigation. The dining tablet & chairs need to be changed bcoz it's not sturdy. The host rep (Janet) is very responsive when I call / text her.

Location. Room space was also great. - Was able to check in early

- Not great for people with disability or has difficulty going up and down the stairs. bathroom is upstairs - Shower head was broken when we arrived, had to be replaced on our first day - Refrigerator was not cooling - I had to call Maintenance again - Kitchen sink pipe is very old, rusting, and not placed properly - spontaneously started leaking during the night - again had to call maintenance. I contacted owner first and was told that maintenance will not be able to come until the next day. I called the front desk directly and asked them to fix it - Bed along with bedsheets was very uncomfortable - Was provided 1/2 roll of tissue paper for the 5 days stay. Simple amenities should be taken care of... did not come to Makati to go grocery shopping - Each time we shower - water sprays throughout the whole bathroom floor - It's not a pullout couch - so technically only has one bed

Before you book check what you are really getting.

The cockroach infestation of the apartment was disaster. The spray provided to control the cockroaches was totally ineffectual compared to Moreton. The”one card” to be able to access the room is totally ineffective for a working couple and when compared to hotels who offer two cards per room it is disadvantaged to stay at Gramercy.

Very good

The whole area is very comforting, and you get the rest you need with the fantastic views. But, unfortunately, you and your friends can't swim together if you exceed the required pax per unit. Overall it was an excellent experience with Gramercy Residences.
