The shower only had scalding hot water. The washer and dryer were not functioning. Overall very poor condition of hotel.

For the price this Holiday Inn was in very poor condition. Room smelled soggy, carpet stained, fridge broken, bed frames both broken and wobbled. Door closed but barely. Light and noise from hallway looted right into the room. Not what I expect for a $170 a night.

Room was clean , bed was comfy, and breakfast was fantastic. However- water in the shower took forever to warm up (like 5 minutes or more) and there was a bright spotlight shining on the building right into our room - no blackout curtain. Very difficult to sleep

I was surprised when my room was not serviced during the stay. I was used to that during COVID, but there was no indication/notice of that happening now. I was given a handicap room, which I didn't need.

We stayed for 2 nights. The beds are comfortable, the room is spacious, the breakfast was good, but no wheat bread, no brown sugar. The bathroom is a little small comparing with others Holiday Inn. The employees are so kind. The only thing that we don't liked it was a car late at night with music; we heard the music in our 3rd floor room.

I checked in at 3 and I needed to shower before a dinner meeting and there was no hot water. I let it run for over 10 minutes before I decided to just take a very fast cold shower. The next morning there was plenty of hot water so not sure why they would turn down the water heater. Also the toilet roll kept falling off the wall and they m didn’t replenish they cookies for checkins.

Called asking about early check in option and whoever answered clearly had no interest to even check if it’s an option. When we arrived late at night there are bugs in the room. Son killed a roach when closing blinds? Ladybug on wall and in AM found several bugs in bathroom on towels. Gross!

The hotel was nice and clean! Well kept but overpriced! The staff was excellent. Breakfast was “okay” eggs looked like “powdered eggs” staff did not attend to breakfast replenishments as needed… pancake/waffle batter was not there. Stayed at Holiday Inns before and the breakfast was very good!

It was pretty “meh” across the board. My biggest complaint was noise, which awoke me several times throughout the night. I’m not sure whether it was the cleaning staff or other guests but the sound of doors closing was super loud. Room was pretty clean, though I found it odd that clean towels were placed on top of the toilet. Breakfast was lackluster. Tables were dirty, I couldn’t find any syrup except for sugar free syrup. Air conditioning was very loud, and blew cold air regardless of the temperature it was set at. For the price, I don’t think this was worth it.

Good breakfast; clean, well-placed property; nice staff; pool and gazebo were useful; rooms have all necessary business amenities; workout room had free weights, Nautilus-type machine, treadmills, ellipticals, etc.

Desk staff was nice, and my room was nice, but the breakfast area was a mess. Elevator was dirty too. The kitchen staff had other people eating the food with their hands right at the kitchen door to the area with the food, and it wasn't very clean there. Muffins were stale. Sad that I couldn't enjoy my breakfast after a nice night in a nice room.

This property is very basic and decent. It's pretty bare bones, but is clean and has what you need. The breakfast is decent. There was a cigarette smell on 4th floor off elevators. Maybe get a room not so close to elevators so you don't hear the ding-ding. For the price, this was good and has lots of shopping/dining nearby.

Cold shower. Left water run and run. No room service unless you ask for it. Very strange that all signs and buttons on elevator etc are lopsided? When I asked about having to get my own towels etc, told it’s not a full service hotel. I’m spoiled with Best Western! This place is not worth the 130 to 150 per night! Two queen beds yet charged extra for a third person. Never again.

No receptionist was at the front desk when we came in, and there was no ringing bell (or something like that) for us to inform the staffers that we needed to check in. We waited for a longer time than usual.
The toilet flushing mechanism didn't work all the time.

Our stay at the Holiday Inn Exton was awesome. Facility was neat and clean. The continental breakfast was good. My baby had a great time at the pool. Will definitely recommend and will stay again!

Empty pool, dirty elevator, and someone partially opened my room door at 1:30am. Thank goodness I engaged the extra lock mechanism before going to bed. Won’t be back.

Lobby and hallways need major renovation. Front desk service was rude and ran each room I had reserved as a separate transaction.

Unfortunately, the tone was set by the clerk who cloaked condescension by pretending to be overly polite. Two of our party interacted with him and it started the stay unpleasantly as he chastised one of us for leaning on a counter because it made a box or cards wobble (then move the box so it is not so close to the edge), told us when to insert a credit card in the machine and then said “you did too way to early” emphasizing the way, which was unnecessary and again after he told us to put the card in and then tried to soften it by saying “our machine is very sensitive” etc. making several veiled insulting comments. The hotel itself was inexpensive and reasonably comfortable (definitely worn around the edges) but would have been okay but the treatment will keep us from staying there again.

Wonderful stay. There was some kind of salt water conditioner in the tap water during my stay, was surprising when I made myself coffee in the room.
